ive heard cynder or ignitus might die... but thats it really... from experince of watching lord of the rings kind of films- and spider man 3- i know that in trilogys someone good dies...

Ok. Thanks. I think if some of them is going to die, it might be Ignitus. His an old dragon, after all. Maybe he uses he last powers to protect Spyro, Sparx and Cynder.

Yeah, I think too that Ignitus will die. Then there will be only 3 guardians, but never mind of them smiliesmiliesmilie Hopefully Cynder will not die, she is so cute... and

No no none of them die i beat the game this morning only the dark master is free and spyro, sparx, and cynder are trapped in the well of souls.

Someone on sierra forums said that they recovered from a falling apart mountain. From waht you said is true, are they really trapped in the well of souls at the end of the game?

I can see that now. Spyro, Sparx, Ignitus, and Cynder are trapped in the Well of Souls, waiting for somebody to rescue them. The Dark Master is free and planning to plunge the world in a new age of darkness.
You know that calls for a spinoff. I heard Hunter appears in a cutscene after the credits. It looks like he's the one saving the group and the world.

Ignitus didn't get trapped, it was only cynder, spyro & sparx.

Oh. What happened to Gaul? I've just imagined Spyro, Sparx, & Cynder was in the Well of Souls when Sparx starts to complain.
Sparx: I can't believe I'm trapped in the well, waiting for
some nut job coming to save the world and us!
Cynder: Sparx. Only a miracle will save us.
Sparx: A miracle? PFFF! Spyro, can you fly the heck out of here?
Spyro: I don't know. But at least the world is safe for now. I can't believe
I turned evil and if that happens again, there may be no hope for the world.

Oh, Gaul, the main antagonist.

He is killed by Spyro after Spyro becomes infused with the Dark Master's powers.


According to the Wikipedia anyway.

Oh, something you all might like.

As well as being playable during th final boss fight, the Dark Spyro can be unlocked after completing all Dark Challenges and be played throughout the rest of the game.

I think that that is the only form the Dark Master takes in the game, the Dark Spyro form when he possesses Spyro. He doesn't physically appear in his own body at all.

I know Spyro, Sparx, and Cynder are frozen in time. But, at least
Spyro kept the world safe again for now. It's a good ending for me.
