When Spyro2008 was banned he had 1337 gems, but now he has 1353.

Thanks, I've fixed it so that banned and suspended accounts should no longer be able to gain gems.

Can you even revert his Gem count (sp?) back to LEET? (1337)

Wait a minute, does it mean that suspended accounts can't gain ANY gems AT ALL after finishing suspension?
