Hi,
is there anyway we can add a filter to where if we "accidently" (in some cases purposely) hit the "post reply/post topic" button too much it only filters it to one post?

It should come up with a message saying something about having to wait 10 seconds to post again...

On a forum I go to, there is such a feature. If you posted a message, but the page didn't load, you might end up clicking the submit button again. This would normally have you double-posting, but instead you'll get a message saying "This is a duplicate post that you have made in the past five minutes."
