I know it was suggested somewhere... but what i find weird, is that when you use a langauge like Croatian, Russian or japanese, why does it do:

Japanese
これは、日本語の文です。

Russian
Это российские предложения.

Croatian
Ja ću ići kući'

Can dS implement some type of compatibility with them? It would make things a cooler place. Plus, why does it do the Привет stuff when in my sig it does the japanese?

It doesn't have full compatibility with them. I doubt he'd want to implement it for another thousand characters. I guess some posts would just be full of spam with it.

Your browser or computer doesn't support Japanese, as you say. I can read the text. Yes, I mean literally.

What if darkSpyro's server is a computer built without a language pack for Japanese, Russian and Croatian? If you have used Server Linux or Server Unix before, it isn't pleasant to add support for Language packs.

Actually, it doesn't even support other special characters in languages such as French.

Although, I completely miss why you would want to have these characters. Do you speak French? Japanese? Russian? Croation? At all? Even if so, do others actually do so too? I stay by this point.

Well,maybe some people would like to use them,as he said,it would be cooler if we can use them.And I do speak Croatian,I can't use some letters,and I would like to use them.I need to use one of three accents to speak Croatian here,one which doesn't have ''c'' with a tick on top of it.

If you ever do get around to overhauling the layout of posts on the forums, please try if possible to look into widening the area where text appears. Quite often, a small amount of text would appear as a large amount, since the small width of where text appears would create a lot more lines of text than necessary. Psychologically people would less likely read the person's post because there's too much content for him or her to sort through.

I get what Bmah's saying. Instead of having the forum size smaller, he wants you to make it longer so that instead of a short, fat chunk of text, it's more of a long rectangle, so to speak.

It isn't just about me.

I like the fact soon it'll be supported, it would make life eaisier.

I really don't see how posting these special letters on an internet forum will make your life easier.
