No I think they said in an interview there would be more TLOS to come.

They should use one of the two previous series. A new one would be unessecary and a huge mistake.

You know, rebooting the series every few games works for some games, but I don't think Spyro is one of them, judging on how tLoS went.

I think they're sticking to LOS, just adding more elements instead.

It would be a great antilogy if the TloS series would be continued-.- they always called them the TloS trilogy and if they would add another game to it they would contradictory themselves-.-

Make a PS2 version of Shadow Legacy (it was the last game in the REAL Spyro timeline) because it was the sequel to A Hero's Tail but could only be played by DS owners so then they could continue the true Spyro story.

Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, and PS2, that would be a nice idea, but will get hated on by TLoS fans.

Hopefully they'll be making some necessary changes to the LoS-verse so that the next game is actually decent. <.<

Yeah, there really isn't a ton that they would have to do to actually make it interesting.

I honestly don't see any ways to continue with the plot from either the originals or tLoS, but rebooting the series again would just be stupid...

I think so too. If they'd reboot the series nobody except the greatest fans and collectors would buy them. but I aslo dont know what they should make now-.- but we'll maybe get a little preview when the movie gets released :D

The only thing I hope fore in the new games is that they are longer then DotD so you can get more then a day of play before it's complited

I want longer, harder, better, funner...stuff like that >.<

It was a long time ago, before DotD...I remember that article, it said something about tLoS being a way to reopen the series to new possibilities, and the producer stated that the trilogy was only scratching the surface.

Well the Legend series did leave a few open areas a new game could be linked to, like whatever happened to Mole-Yair. Or Spyro and Sparx's parents, i'd like to see them brought back.

Since the LoS trilogy is over, they'll probably make more Spyro games in the LoS universe, but not in a story trilogy of some sort, but separate games with complete story plots.

The problem with past Spyro games before LoS is that they didn't really have incredible plots. LoS tried to pass of its story for that of an epic similar to the Lord of the Rings, but crossed that fine line between EPIC and overly-epic to the point that it makes the player sick. With the trilogy over, I find it hard to see a way to develop a good story for the LoS universe.

It will be like I did in my Fan Ficton(s (now more than 1) Spyro's Legacy or something like that just to give the same thing a new name...

What did I say about a mix game anyhow guys? eh?

Oh well... I guess if done correctly it would work anyhow.

Well, blame JRR Tolkien for pretty much redefining the way high fantasy is setup.

And because of Mrs. Rowling, Urban fantasy will be hard to top.

When they said "Were only scratching the surface", I think they didn't mean that there was more TLOS to come, I think it meant that there was going to be allot more of Spyro in the future.

Same here, I'd also like good characters and a decent plot, too.

Maybe they can make Cynder an anti-hero... or at least kill her off for the lolz. <.<;

And introduce a new, better, stronger, less cliched female character?
I like female characters, the problem is that 90% of them are done wrong.

If they did then many Spyro fans would be running up onto the top of a building and jump all at once... Yeah... It may sound crazy but its the kinda thing that they would do...
