Somebody please, give me some tips.

If you mean the first fight with Red, you can use your wing shield to protect your self from his ice attacks.

here are steps to defeating red:
round 1:
walk slowly round the arena to avoid his ice blasts
push the boxes towards him
repeat 2 more times
round 2:
flame all the beasts while dodging the ice boulders
then walk slowly again to avoid the ice blasts
push boxes towards him
repeat 2 more times
round 3:
just walk round the arena til it stops steaming
if he starts to flame go behind him
when he starts to zap ice around the arena
when the first lasers appear, jump ove the low ones
when the second lazers appear, just walk in the gap and don't jump
walk slowly avoiding the ice blasts and boulders
push boxes towards him.
repeat 2 more times
