We all wonder sometimes.. But the truth is that Spyro is, altough a very epic one, just a game character, nothing more, nothing less..

Last name: Uhm...none? He's a dragon. And creatures in general don't need last names.
DOB: Even between the Originals and Legends, no one officailly knows. If he was born in this world AND this century it'd probably be between 1990-1993.
(Ask the Dev's for specs.)
Sign: Same thing as DOB but with months.
Food: smilie. Sheep probably. But mostly cows, chickens....anything that can be a farm animal. smilie

Or maybe he (and other characters) do...but it remains an unmentioned event just so it's more appropriate.
