Why does cynder doesnt have the fire element? [CLOSED]

In ANB she has the fire elment why not in DotD?

Because it was actualy shadow fire... You know... The second upgrade from the shadow breath in DOTD... Just like the Krome version of it...

Dragons naturally breathe fire. Cynder didn't breath fire in this game simply because of the elements the player was given to use.

That "shadow breath" is crap too; Cynder's fire was simply very hot, making it a deep and rich red color. The shaking of the camera was just a dramatic effect the programmers added in.

Is shadow fire just fire? I have the DS versian and it's a sort of purple rod with a purple/pink fuzz at the end.

^ Shadow fire is a big, black mist in DOTD. In ANB, Cynder's shadowfire was a very dark red mist with thick black lines going through it. And everytime she breathed it, the carmra shock to make it look very hot. It's obisusly a more "powerful/hotter" verson off shadowfire.

Only when Cynder is in her evil form she has the abilty to breathe fire, which in Cynder's case is a richer version of Shadow Fire. I dunno, that's what I think.

Shadow, Poison, and Fear are all evil-like powers right?
Cynder never started out evil...she was corrupted by Malefor right?

Some of you other guys have to stop putting dragon powers on so much emphasis based on color....

I'm always just arguing the point that makes the most sense.

Yeah, but she had red for fire or fear on her under-belly. Cynder is probably black because of the wind. Maybe, just maybe she had 2 elements: Fire & Wind but she just used fire in ANB. She is a little more gray for wind. Doesn't shadow fire have black claws coming out, I was playing DotD on the week-end and I saw the claws coming out like in the sinister strike.Anyway, we're going off topic. Why doesn't Cynder have fire...

Based on this later argument she is either a skydragon (wind) or a darkdragon (shadow)

And I'm sided with the wind decision

Shadow Fire seems to be a dark counterpart of Spyro's fire.

Um... She has that breath in DotD you know. It just looks diffrent, that's why. They are both called "shadow fire".

The more logical answer:

Cynder's fire power, affectionately known as Shadow Fire, was something she only used as Dark Cynder. That suggests that it was part of her dark self and not something she could do without Malefor's help.

So, since she's a good guy and most of Malefor's influence has left by the time of DotD, she can only use the power she was born with (wind) plus some additions brought about by being raised as a force of darkness (shadow, poison and fear).
