Everyone who has player spyro one knows about those eggs that those theifs carry. But... What was the point.

Tell me why was their any point in collecting eggs that don't do anything

Who knows. I didn't try to complete the game without them, maybe you can't get 120% then...

it only takes a few sec.s to get an egg,so i just do it for fun.

In some of the games you get a bonus thing if you get all of a kind (In A Hero's Tail I mean)

Game completion, and to ensure the continuation of dragon kind. They are dragon eggs after all.

It's just a side thing.

I wouldn't like Spyro 1 as much if there weren't egg-collecting tests.

It's called an excuse plot; the eggs could have been gold coins and you'd still have to take them from the thieves and the game would be playable, except now the dragons are trying to reclaim their gold instead.

They should at least do something. (apart from the continuation of the dragon species of course (LULZ)) I remember when I first played STD and When I got all the eggs I was like "Eh, I went through all that trouble to get things that aint do nuthink"

Yeah, they shoulda had a cutscene at the end about those eggs.

(I remember the "free-flight" in Gnasty's Treasure Grove (name?) and it blowed when I wasn't given free-flight if you beat the game at 120% )
