she can be transformed into a dragonfly!Look here(i find this in Spyro enter the dragonfly walkthrough):

Location: Just past the fourth frozen dragon and in the corridor that he opens. It's loose and is red.

Well 1: that 'Cinder' is spelled differently than Cynder, unless you meant to spell it like this: Cynder

2. Its probably just a coincidence. Cuz yeah ANB is a reboot so Cynder didn't exist in ETD.
