Attention!!! The role of the new Cynder has been filled. The voice actress auditioned for me back in August and I was totally surprised by how her voice sounded. She almost sounds like Cree Summers... no, I am not kidding... she really does! Her voice is really close to the same tone as Cree Summers evil adult version Cynder sounds. I can't give out her name at the moment but I will say I am still holding auditions for Bianca, Elora, Hunter and various other characters.

The Oracle, who is a brand new character, has a major secret that will be revealed in the third season of the Dragon of Destiny series which is back on track. Season two resumes new episodes on September 30th. The second season will end with a cliffhanger episode in October. The third season is scheduled to start on November 15th. Also, in October the first Spyro: Dragon of Destiny movie, Rise of Omega will be released. The film is truly going to be a shocker with major revelations about key characters in the series. Trust me you all will be shocked when you read this major adventure.

Thanks, ThatsSoRaven. I have uploaded the the first design for Carla which is the daughter of Spyro and Cynder from the Legend of Spyro games. More artwork is coming soon.

Also a detailed interview announcement is being worked on for YouTube. In the interview I will give details on the film. How I came up with it? I also plan to discuss my future plans too. I will be also giving more details on the film on this forum in the weeks ahead. The poster is almost ready for its debut. I am shooting for sometime in February for the release of the first movie poster.

Here is more info on the Spyro: Legacy of Ages film...

They take place after the events of A Hero's Tale and focus on the destiny of the original Spyro, not the Legend of Spyro version. However, the way the brand new storyline of the film works is that all the events of Legend of Spyro DID occur and WERE connected to the original universe as a prequel that took place a 1,000 years ago. The time gap between the Legend games and the original games is an era known as the Vanguardian Era.

Here is statement made by the Oracle of Lore of the new story of the film...

In the Legacy of Ages movie, a prophecy of ancient origins is uncovered as a flashback in Spyro's dreams. This is actual the intro from the film:

ORACLE: "Nearly a thousand years ago, following the defeat of the Dark Master, Cynder and Spyro founded a new Dragon Clan known as the Vanguard and gave their clan a very important mission. They were charged with the defense of all Dragonkind and the Realms. They would serve as the Protectors and Defenders against the rise of another dragon who may try to bring the Realms and all Dragonkind to their ruin again. In other words they are the clan that gave birth to the Peace Keepers in the original games. For 500 years in an age known as the 'Great Renewal' or 'The Vanguardian Age', the Dragon Clans were able to rebuild their civilization and advance their magic-driven technology beyond what it had been when the Dark Master had nearly wiped it out along with nearly all Dragon culture and history.

During this era of peace new alliances were formed with the Phoenix and Gryphon Clans. Spyro and Cynder acted as the representatives of their people. Together, the allies worked together to rebuild the broken worlds aka realms.

As time passed, new technologies that would become the Realm Portals as well as many other familiar things that we all take for granted nowadays. Also, more allies joined from Avalar and Meredian. It was age of such peace and prosperity that looked like it would last for all time...

However, this Golden Era was not to remain peaceful as unrest began to spread among the Dragon Clans thanks to many misunderstandings, rumors and lies. These unpleasant situations were the spark that lit the fuse of a burning fire that became known as the Dragon Clan War. During the war, the alliance and the Vanguardian Dragon Clan began to fall apart from within. One such faction of Vanguardian Dragons became known as the Shadow Dragons. The Shadow Dragons, under the command of Lord Drake, their leader, attempted to gain power but Cynder and Spyro being the Founders and the Clan Elders struggled to keep this rouge element from gaining power and control.

They decided that the only way to save their clan they would have to banish the rouge element. So they banished the Shadow Dragons and their leader, Drake. However, the Shadow Dragons, enraged by their banishment, used Vanguard Portal Tech to open a rift to another realm. This rift would open the door for the arrival of the Sorceress and in the future, Ripto. The Shadow Dragons wanted to secretly use the Sorceress as a pawn to help them strike back at their brothers and sisters, the Vanguard. However, the Sorceress found out and thru a series of many shocking and very disturbing events led to the end of the era. The fall of the Vanguard began and with their fall... everything fell apart leading to the Sorceress gaining power. Spyro and Cynder with the aid of their allies and Cale, who was the present leader of the Vanguard, worked with the other clans to save the other dragons.

Events played out and as the dragon clans were banished to the realm that would one day become the Dragon Realms... Spyro and Cynder returned to the place of their youth: The Dragon Temple and took up their roles as Guardians with the other Guardians. They continued to watch over the other Dragon Clans from afar.

The legacy of the Vanguardian Dragons aka 'the Great Guardians of the Realms' faded into myth and as time pasted...

The myth became legend...

However, a prophecy, written by the hand of Spyro himself spoke of a chosen one..."

In Spyro's own words the prophecy says,

Spyro: "In the age that will soon come to pass...

Another dragon will one day be born who will resurrect the Vanguard and be a leader to all Dragons. Such as I and my mate, Cynder have tried to be in our own time. I think everyone better sit down and get ready for the shocking info update I am about to release from my files on the Legacy of Ages films...

In this update you will FINALLY learn who the villain of the film is and the twist that will make your jaws hit the floor.

ARE YOU GUYS READY?!

Well, here we go... The villain's name is Nemikira or simply just Kira and as the name states it is a female dragon. She is a member of the Peace Keeper Dragon Clans and has light blue scales. She is also a very important character in the films and in the Dragon of Destiny.

How important is she? Heh heh... important enough to keep her identity a secret for as long as I have for the main reason that this next bit of information will leave all you shocked.

Remember when I hinted at the fact Spyro will encounter the one who stole the Tome and in the process discover something he never expected. So what is the big secret I have been keeping from you guys for over a year now?

The big secret is that Naola, which is her original birth name, is the daughter of Sky and Stryker....

WAIT FOR IT...

WHICH MAKES HER SPYRO AND FLAME'S OLDER SISTER!

Yep, the villain turns out to be related to Spyro and Flame but that isn't the only shocking twist there is. Naola isn't really a villainess in traditional sense of the word. Nope she is actually somewhat more complex and interesting. character then that. Known as the 'Keeper' she works as an assistant of Oracle of Lore. That is all the info I am giving out for now. But feel free to ask me some questions about Naola which is pronounced Nao'la which doesn't mentioned much as she hates her birth name which means 'Gentle Skies' amoung the names of Peace Keepers. She isn't a Gentle Sky by any meaning of the word so her birth name is a mistake. She changed her name Nemikira aka Kira which means 'Stormy Night' because she is a very tough character. Call her a tomboy and she'll just look at you and grin before saying, "Is that the best you can come up with to describe me?"

Translation: This girl makes the tomboy definition turn pale and run away from her. Oh, boy... Ember is going to really have hard time dealing with her when she makes her offical series debut in Dragon of Destiny. *Bleep*, and Ember thought Cynder aka Carla was headache... ha ha ha. Kira is going to make Ember's life a living *Bleep*. Oh did I mention that Kira is going to be Ember's teacher. Poor Ember... Pity the poor girl. When Kira is done with her Ember is going to be tough fighter.... um that is if she can survive the first tests and let me say that they are no cakewalks by any messure of the word.

Well, Spyro LUVA, this whole project is the first in a planned trilogy of fan films that will continue the original storyline of the Insomiac Games version of Spyro after the events of A Hero's Tail by taking the storyline in new, more serious direction. If you have read the Spyro: Dragon of Destiny fanfiction series then you will recognize some of the characters from that series as they make their first debut in the films.

The films are the events that take place before Dragon of Destiny...

In other words these films are the prequels to the Spyro: Dragon of Destiny series.

Well, I am back after months of major delays and real life problems. As of now...

The Spyro: Legacy of Ages films are going to serve as part of the Legacy of Ages Series Saga...

Yep, the films will now serve as parts of a brand new future animated Legacy of Ages series. The series is being created from a storyline that was to be used in a now on-hold video game trilogy known as the Legacy of Ages: Heroes Saga. The games were to pick and continue the storylines of each film tying all 3 films together in one large ongoing storyline. Now, the game storyline is being reworked into episodes for the Legacy of Ages animated series.

The series will be part of the bigger Spyro Destiny Saga project that is being developed to include:

1. The 3 LoA films which are tied together by the LoA series.
2. The new LoA Animated Series (3 Season (39) Episode Saga)
3. The Spyro: Destiny Chronicles Saga (# of Seasons still to be determined)

4. Possibly more films.

And finally...

5. The future Spyro: The Vanguardian Dragon Chronicles which takes place after the Destiny Chronicles ends. This sereis is still in very early development and do mean very early as there is nothing but a very early outline of the pilot episode: A New Age Dawns...

All these projects are part of the Spyro Destiny Saga. Any development on any future series beyond the Spyro: The Vanguardian Dragon Chronicles would depend on how well these projects are accept by the fanbase. If the fanbase hates the finish products then all work on future series would be cancelled. However, if the fans love the films and series that follow the films then work on the first of 3 planned future series would begin. The first series beyond the Spryo Destiny Saga would be the next gen series Vanguardian Heroes which would chronicle the adventures of the children of Spyro and his friends. There are also a few other secret projects in the works that I can't go into just yet...

But trust me when I say they are going to be quite interesting. Now, I just have to get that stupid website up and running... ugh... I know you guys are tired of waiting and I am tired of making you guys wait. With luck I'll be able to get the ball rolling on the website front so you guys will finally be able to see the new design versions of Spyro and his friends, old and new. The one thing I want fans to get a chance to see is the design of the female dragoness known as Oracle. Her design will be unique as she is a gold dragoness of a very special ancient clan of dragons known as the Watchers. As for relationships... The Chronicler is one of her closest friends as they have worked together in secret over the ages to record history and protect the magical lore of dragonkind.

Her true name is Alura but that is a little secret she keeps to herself. Spyro and his friends will not learn her true name until they meet her again in the Destiny Chronicles...

Also, as the current storyline stands at the moment there is a very good chance that Ignitus and the others, including an adult version of both Cynder and Spyro, will make an appearance in a very important guest star role. Also, as of now, the whole Legacy of Ages saga and all the future projects aka series that will follow it will take place in a new conjoined universe seperate of the Legend of Spyro and the Original Insomniac Spyro universes. The reason why this is being done is to avoid the constant bitter fighting between the fans of the new and old Spyro. This new 3rd alternate universe will feature some similiarities and connections to the other two game universes but at the same time there will be some major differences. One such major difference is that Ignitus didn't die and become the new Chronicler in this reality. There are also other differences that will become quite apparent once the films and first series are seen.

Here are some very important details that all of you have been waiting to hear...

The first big details on the LOA film trilogy is that the storyline will be set in a new universal timeline. In other words the films, as well as any future Spyro project aka future Destiny Chronicles animated series and Project Zero Hour: Destiny Chronicles movies, etc., take place in an alternate reality.

Why?

Because it was the only way to continue the original storyline by linking the new Legend of Spyro history with the original history. Translation: The Legend of Spyro becomes part of the past history of the original universe. When this happens the LOA alternate reality is born.

How?

Good question. Well, the main plot centers around the original Insomniac Spyro's destiny in this altered reality. A secondary plot deals with a revenge theme between old rivals/former friends.

Detailed Film description:

The LOA film begins many years later in Legend of Spyro timeline after DoTD. This is being done so that when future games are created for the new LoS timeline they will not affect the events that will take place in these films/future series.

When an unknown transdimensional threat known as the Imperial Order invades the Legend of Spyro universe Spyro and Cynder are forced to create a Resistance force to combat these unknown invaders. In the end, however, the Imerial Order manages to crush the Resistance and start their rampaging across the world. Spyro ends up being the only one to survive the invasion. He flees to the home/resisidence of the Chronicler who we all know is actually Ignitus. When he and Ignitus meet a troubling revelation comes to light. We finally learn the REAL name of the former Chronicler. His name is Magnus. Anyway, the invasion of the Imperial Order is a direct result of an old enemy from Magnus' aka the former Chronicler's past known as Zeromus. It would seem that Zero has returned to get revenge for some reason known only to him at first.

A special backstory on the past histories of both Magnus and Zero and how they went from being friends to rivals is coming soon. The title of this special is: Spyro: LOA Origins: Shadows Rising. This special prequel mini-series sets up the important origin plot that will lead to the future Imperial Order invasion of the Legend universe.

Zero's revenge plot doesn't go as plan since Magnus has long since past on. So Zero takes out his revenge on Ignitus instead. However, before this happens Ignitus reveals to Spyro a very important secret about the Chroniclers. It would seem that Zero has come to take an ancient artifact known as the Chrono Key. This mystical key is the source of a great power that links all the Chroniclers to an ancient repository of knowledge known as the Temporal Ark.

What is the 'Temporal Ark'?

You'll find out during the upcoming new Secrets of the Chroniclers: The Crona Chronicles series which premieres in June. Needless to say, this ark contains ancient secrets that can give the one who knows them the power to transcend the space-time continnum and become the Master of Space & Time. Zero wishes to become this Master and to prevent this from happening Ignitus gives the Chrono Key to Spyro telling him: 'To protect it with his life...' After this Zero arrives with some of his Imperial Order allies and carries out his revenge by having Ignitus killed. Spyro, now alone, escapes and unlocks the power of the key. As this happens he absorbs the power into himself transforming him into the 'Temporal Guardian'. Once this transformation is complete he comes to the realization that he now has the power to save everyone by altering the timeline and thus preventing the invasion of the Imperial Order.

However, the one thing he lacks is the knowledge or wisdom on how to use the power correctly. It is more of a 'learn as you go' type of power and that makes it dangerous as Temporal Guardian Spyro uses the power to create a series of temporal portals that lead him to various events in the past. He ends up changing so much that history of his universe becomes dangerously unstable. To balance out these changes he links his universe to another reality erasing the past history of that reality with his. These details are not revealed until after the changes are made which lead to birth of the new alternate LOA/Dragon of Destiny/Destiny Chronicles universe.

Unfortunately, the threat of the Imperial Order has not been stopped... Nope, it has only been delayed and Temporal Guardian Spyro, who is the only living survivor of the original Legnd of Spyro timeline, knows this so he gives a warning to his alternate version of himself and Cynder to create a clan of guardians that will protect the realms from any future Imperial Order invasion attempt.

I am sure you guys can guess what this clan of guardians are called...

Anyway, now you know the origins of the so-called Vanguard and what their main duty is. However, as you know from the Dragon of Destiny the Vanguard was destoryed during the 'Dragon Clans War'. All this leads up to the present day Spyro, who has no idea his timeline has been altered... yet. When we arrive at his part of the story we learn he has been away training with the Peace Keepers Clan for 3 years. He is now 17 years old and is preparing to return home to Artisan Realm. However, it is during all this that he begins to have strange visions and dreams. It will be these visions and dreams that lead him to the destiny he will fulfill in the future Dragon of Destiny storyline.

As the story progresses we are reunited with some of our beloved old friends. However, due to the minor changes in the history of this altered Insomniac timeline things are slightly different. Hunter the Cheetah now carries a sword along with his bow and arrows. Elora has some pretty interesting kung fu-like skills while Bianca is still the same... gasp. Hey, I did say that somethings remained the same despite the minor changes. Ember and Flame have both matured beyond their last appearances. Flame has become a librarian who dreams of adventure while Ember has been trying to get over her break-up with Bandit (Shadow Legacy). This has left Ember in somewhat mellow depressed mood that she will have to overcome over the course of the film.

As events continues to unfold so does a very complex mystery that leads to some very disturbing revelations. All this leads to a very interesting plot twist initiated by Zero himself. What ends up happening is that Zero manages to capture Temporal Guardian Spyro who he remembers from the original unaltered timeline. This all sets into motion a new invasion plot in the present day altered Insomniac Spyro reality. However, there is one problem... Temporal Guardian Spyro has use his power to put up a 'barrier' that prevents any Imperial Order agents from opening a portal for their city ships to invade. Zero figures out a way around the 'barrier' by striping some knowledge from TG Spyro's mind on how to build an artificial temporal portal. Using this portal he jumps into the timestream setting into motion a plan that will allow his Imperial Order allies to invade and lay waste to Dragon Realms, Avalar and yes our Earth since this new altered reality is shifted into our timeframe. This sets up a very interesting series of events that will lead Spyro, Ember, Flame along with Hunter, Bianca and Elora on a quest. Their quest will involve trying to stop the Imperial Order while at the same time trying to find the lost Tome of Ages and unravel Spyro's mysterious visions and dreams that not only hold a key to his origins but to his future destiny.

Zero knows about Spyro's destiny because he has seen the future Vanguard Command by traveling forward into the future. Thus he has freed the Imperial Order's most elite warriors from imprisonment. Yep, it is the Phantom Guard. He has ordered them to find Spyro, Ember, Flame and their allies and eliminate them at all cost. All this leads to a very interesting temporal collision between the present day Spyro and his friends and their future selves. What first started out as just a quest to recover the Tome of Ages turns into a battle to save the universe from the Imperial Order who no one knows about.

What motivates these invaders to do what they do?
Who are the leaders of this Order?
What is their ultimate goal?

And ultimately...

How far are they willing to go to accomplish their goals?

These details will be revealed in the future.
