This equals Ocene's thoughts

I had always liked my Father. Mother cleared off years and years ago, but Father cared for me, he said we didn't need Mother, we were fine by ourself. I believed him for a while, but it took me a while to under stand that it cannot be ok and we do need Mother. My brother Starknice is a weak dragon now. I have seen many illnesses but nothing like this. I cannot work out anything about it. Father is getting worse, dissapearing out into the night and leaving me to feed Starknice with what little food we have left, making me frail and weak.
I'm Ocene, and I'm a Calamity Draco. Calamity Draco's are exidingly rare, Mother was one. Calamity Draco's have further powers than Purple Dragons and are believed to be exstinted. The powers have further use than just breaths, powers to control things and what they think, to even block attacks.
"Please eat," Ocene begged Starknice handing a measly slither of grain in front of his mouth, which was shut, though you could see he was straining with effort to open it.
Ocene had got very thin, her eyes big and lamp-like in her thin face, ribs pushing out of her glossy black scales.
"Here," came a low voice, then a thud of bone hitting the carpet.
Malefor had dropped a plump deer on the stone floor, it had a vicious bite plumetted into the neck and was gushing slithers of thick blood. A awful sight to a human, a dreamy sight to Ocene.
She pounced on it at once.
Oh, the joy to cram chunks of large meat into my mouth, I could have eaten until I was as fat as a Hogswine. But Starknice had managed to eat whole leg of deer. But...Malefor called him out of the room, yet he had to stagger to the door. I thought it was the no food, but it clearly couldn't be, he was so ill...

I pushed the wooden door quietly, peeking through the tiny crack. Father was rasping two chunky crystals together so that crackley sparks darted off the sides. Starknice was pinned to a stone table, with cuffs chaining him to the rock. His eyes were rolling and marble white, in dispair.Malefor tossed the crystals backwards, muttering "Useless" as he did so. He walked down into a rotting cellar where bucketfulls of gleaming rocks were piled. Ocene darted at the table and stabbed her claws at the cuffs, trying to open them. They wouldn't give, so Ocene closed her eyes and focused...the metal curved open and left Starknice laying lankly on the table.
"Ocene?" he murmered.
I grabbed the old wooden wagon at the back of the room and carried him into the seat on a bed of scratchy hay. I looped the stiff rope round my spiky metal colar and beat my wings hard. Just as the wagon began to move Father burst in on me...
"STOP!" Malefor bellowed, but Ocene bet her wings so hard they crashed through the wall. "STOP" Malefor repeated, shrieking louder than a vicous thunder.

I wouldnt put "car alarm" in there, I don't think cars exist in that world.
