i want to do a own dragon but i dont know how it will be look like/names and element!

Trust me, I've tried this so many times. Idk how talented you are at drawing, but I am NOT good at drawing dragons. I've even tried doing all of my friends, let them pick out their own elements and everything. Anyways, just do whatever you want. Pick the element that seems most like you. But this is how I imagined each element dragon:

Fire: Unique, Loud, Interesting Personality
Ice: Calm, Down to Earth, Hard-worker
Electric: Hyper, Talkative, Funny
Earth: Serious, Intelligent, Strong-willed

Ya ik, it's basically the dragon elders. But pick whichever one is most like you. (Or whichever one you like the most.)

That's not what you imagined; it's exactly what the elders are. And elements don't make a dragon, that's just how they happened to be.

Geez, sorry I was just trying to make it different. And it's not exactly like elders. Yes, I admit I did take a lot from them but not all of it.
