I think you mean a way to favorite topics ? I like that idea , but instead of just yours any of them , and then you can organize them into groups .

"Subscribe" is a useful and automatic feature that already exists. If you want to get to the topics you're subscribed to faster, just go to "Profile Options" and click on "View Subscriptions". They're all listed right there.
