Viewer Discretion allowed? [CLOSED]

Are we allowed to post topics or links and stuffs that are slightly inappropriate (e.g. Violence) if they are external or hidden by spoilers and warned about discretion?

Example:
It's a cool series, but there's slightly violent stuff like this:

And is sensible discussion of it allowed too?
