need help in going back to dragon kingdom [CLOSED]

i am in lost cities and want to go back to dragon kingdom, but i cant find it when i get on the teleport. what am i missing?

The teleport that takes you to a new realm and previous realms should be located at the start of the level right by Moneybags' shop, as well as the pathway that will lead you to the main boss for this level (Ineptune, if I remember correctly).
