That way, there isn't spam of closed topics with single posts probably announcing ludicrous stuff.

I had to read that about 10 times before I understood a word you just said.

2. When you want to close a topic you just write [closed] at the end, then you wait for people to stop. (If there breaking rules just go report happy)
