Do You's Reckon They Are Making Another Game ? Cause if there were they would of annouced it by now ??

They are making another game but we don't know anything about it... Im starting to believe there going to take 2 years to make it... Atleast that'll be good... I mean it gives them time to get rid of glitches or to improve graphics etc...

They should concentrate less on graphics and improve that ****ty gameplay, cause if a game doesn't play well then it sucks regardless of how well refined the visuals are.

They'll probably give out information on the next Spyro game until after the Spyro movie.

I hope they take more time to make this new one. And by that I mean reveal nothing until February 2010, dangit! >.<

Original idea was to collect diamonds and treasures to help friends and carry out tasks, and finally win the final resistance.

DotD was a little concerned.

make DOTD what it was ment to be i meen they lied to us they said " a enymy with the whole of dragon city on its back" now ether it was a sick joke or theres some bonuse thing im missing out on AND they said if you got ANB and TEN for Ps2 then got DOTD you would get a little exstra thing but when i asked evryone clamed it was no diffrent

Sierra never actualy said that last thing... That was a rumor... But the first one they did say... I was kinda confused when they said that but oh well

well still its anoying saying that sommerts gonne be there but it isant atleast in white knight chroncles the creature is litarly carring a city on its back

The destroyer had part of a city on it's back.

the game should be like the old ones keep all the characters and spyro should meet with crash again and fight every enemy they both have then make the story longer and keep spyro young and not make him grow up keep what he looks like in anb then it will be better than dotd.

I'd like to have a game like, Spyro would be growing through the game And next game would be just that little Spyro again Just for a try

Well, they're keeping quiet about Spyro, nothing is confirmed yet and secondly it means Spyro isn't necessarily dead either. So Activision is certainly up to something in Spyro's department, otherwise there wouldn't be such secrecy.

So, for all we know they could be making another game already and have it released by this year but not tell anyone about it until like... 2 weeks before its release Ok, very unlikly . But one thing that I'm wondering about is why are they keeping it such a secret. I mean they practactly told you their making another game but why hide anything about the game itself?

Don't know, but Activision is probably keeping Spyro on a low profile for a while, until the time is right to reveal what the game will be about. There is the Spyro Movie coming out this year, after all.

I'm still not sure if the movies coming out this year... December is what, 4 months away and we havn't seen a trailer or heard anything else since February last year...

At least they're taking their time in making the movie. Would it be a good idea to have a Spyro game before a Spyro movie anyways?

I would rather have the game first because... Also, I don't see why everyone thinks the game is being postponed because of the movie... Activision arnt making the movie, yes there helping a bit but they would still have time to make a game too...

that would be a crossover game (with crash) and it would be interesting but they already did that played it and not so good

Maybe it could be an online one to for the PS3 ect. You could have a seperate game that you play by youself and then an online game where you could meet up with friends or something... just a thought

At least they are still with Spyro, and Activision isn't going to ditch him. Nice.

How many times has this question been asked now?
More than enough. Why don't we just wait for some news, instead of asking over and over again? Because, let's face the obvious here - NONE of us know anything about a new Spyro game, or if they're even making one. All we can rely upon are comments made nearly two years ago and some logic...Though I think most people are lacking on the latter.

I agree that they're probably going to keep anything about a new game quiet until the movie's out (which will be this winter from what I've seen). AS far as what to do with it, I'd like to stay in the world from LoS. There's still so much to see and do there, especially with the world being remade and all. I'd also like to see them bring in more characters from the original series, but update them. LoS Hunter's awesome, and I'd like to see Elora as a ranger or a priestess, and maybe a version of the Professor that's some kind of wizard.
I like the battle system from LoS, though I would like to see more puzzles (DotD had a few, but they were so easy that clearing them wasn't satisfying).
Also, let me point out that activision has merged with Blizzard, so that's kind of a wildcard as far as any further games.

I heard some rumor that the plot was going to be worse, but IDK. Maybe they would have done the story when DOTD was a rumor. But from what I heard, they didn't make the game until after the last game. Meaning that this game has a high chance of being as bad.

Well if Mike Graham responded with that, it gives me the impression they are working on something. And it makes sense because some developers are prohibited from revealing what they're working on until they're given permission.

It's likely that they'll be a new Spyro game but I hope they work a little bit more on the gameplay and make the plot a little more deeper.

The one we haven't heard any news about for 2 years and only has a poster out?

I just hope Activision or Sierra won't interfere with Mike's ideas for the next Spyro game, not to what they did to try and make DotD epic.

I bet they will have this next game set by the next year or so.

I don't really want a Spyro movie. I'd rather have a game and here what's going on with Spyro, after all, they kind of left us on a cliffhanger...

i just went to google and i saw someone say that instead of making another Spyro game this christmas 2009 they are going to make it in 2010!
but i don't know maybe they will, maybe they won't.

I hope they make a new Spyro game !
