Nope. Spyro needs something more original than the original series or Legend games. They've definitely run out of ideas with what to do with him.

Nobody likes Mario Party, which is the best example of a game formula that hasn't changed much.

They just need to do more with the legendary stuff...

Seriously Sierra, put that magic from the old Quest games into Spyro!

Or the Aliens vs predator series.

Its been dead for some time now.

At first they couldve continued the old saga until they made the TLOS series which i think is REALLY F#####G awesome. (i have yet to play it)
they should continue Tlos somehow.

Wow... I never thought I'd be hearing that from you ... But I get what you mean... It was fun at first but after a while it gets a bit repeatative... Thats why I leave like 2 month gaps between eachtime I play any of the original games

The whole time I played DotD, It reminded my of the first real game I played. Kings Quest V. Yes a shocker, I never knew Counsoles existed back then.

But your right, They did manage to give it a little of that somthing.

I think they should continue, They have a good thing going.

Nope. To me, continuing the old saga is like bringing back the 70's. They've GOT to think of one that has the same or better appeal.

How do you know it won't be better yet. After all, The company probably learned alot and it could change drastically.

Well, here's a lesson: Spend less on marketing and more on your game. Better results that way.

The game was So great but Sales were low since the Market wasn't that High.


High Gameplay= Good game
Low market= Low sales

This is why most games like Halo win

But that's fine. You should be rewarded for digging for great games.

And if the game is good enough people will tell their freinds.

the hero era was almost worse than the season era. if they continue the original ( which they won't) they will need to but some LOS moves in

How was it almost worse than the season era? The "season era" wasn't even an era anyway, they were really just portable versions of the originals made for the GBA. A Hero's Tail was, ahem, the best damn game this series has ever seen.
