Weird bug [CLOSED]

I just tried to change my Guestbook Announcement, and it loaded for a while then said:

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand."

Why can't I change it?

EDIT: OK, it's fixed now. Other things stopped working, but it all sorted out once I switched my router off and on again.

Well, YouTube won't work for me either. Maybe it's something with my own computer. After all, I just recently got it fixed, because we switched Internet provider.
