I think they should've made a better closure, otherwise I have no complaints.

i dont know why but Malefor somewhat scares me. when i fight him i'm always worried about diying.

The only thing wrong with him was he never left his lair, and his voice was pretty effed up.

To fight? If he's supposed to be such a powerful dragon, why wouldn't he fight along side his army? What about the pleasure of watching any enemy die under his own attack?

I just wonder if he'd gone and fought if the game's outcome would be different. Fighting him once (and he's an annoying godmod) at the end was boring, but I doubt fighting him more than the one time would have made the game any better.

I think they should've inserted Cynder's flashbacks that would make him look more cruel and evil.

I think they could've made it less... anticlimactic. Seriously, we waited three years and played through three games for one lame, ridiculously easy boss battle. Honestly, I think I only had to see Malefor for a few minutes, not counting cutscenes. So anticlimactic.

No, I don't like him. There are three types of baddies:
1. The kind you hate, for what they've done
2. The type that you hate because of how they act and their stories, ect.
3. The kind you hate but like at the same time.

To me, Malefor is #2. He's a lame bad dude, to typical and predictable.

Both #1 and #3 would have been better, it's a pity they didn't put more effort into him.

You only got to see him for a very brief period of time. He should have been present in the game more.

As the prophecy was that after the Destroyer blows up the world a new one will be made, it is likely he planned to make said new world, one he found more suitable than the old. And he was likely going to the center of the world to avoid getting blown up.

The war was likely to keep everyone busy until the time was right to summon the Destroyer, and after that he just had to wait for it to do its job. Therefore all he had to do was sit back and wait. To go into danger when there was no need would be foolish and had he done so then I would say he does not deserve to be a master villain.

I saw malefore in the dragon city last night...he was SPOOKY. He sent shivers down my spine and made the hair stand up on my neck! All I saw was a shadowy purple cloak and cat-like yellow eyes.

Ugh. I kind of liked that dragon. I expected much more, but then again I expected much more of everything...
Well positives first. His voice, it was annoying, but it was still a nice touch. All those garbled voices seemed like he was possessed with more than one evil spirit.
What I would improve is his intelligence I guess. I think it would be wise if he were to gang up on Spyro when he made Cynder evil, instead of cracking up while she beat up Spyro. His character design was alright, he looked cooler in TEN in my opinion. I can't help but to laugh at his middle horn, it reminds me of the red gems.
