I have surgery later today which will be a first for me. I’m terrified of it though. Thought I’d just vent a little here to ease my stress.

I’ve never liked the idea of being completely unconscious around other people. I know they’re helping me but it just makes me extremely uncomfortable to think about.

The surgery I’m having has a chance of permanently changing the sound and strength of my voice. There’s also a chance of never being able to sing again and for some reason that bothers me the most even though I don’t sing. Why am I so worked up over something I don’t even do that much?

Anyway, no one needs to reply to this post. As I said I just needed to vent.
