Yes…just like Sonic OCs, Spyro OCs existed, too! Surprised there hasn’t been a pinned post about it yet.

Here’s a starter pack in a Google Drive folder, with credit given to almost all artists who’d made what’s in the folder, thanks to their names existing in the file names!
