Hi ! while collecting skylanders, i saw skylanders for sale on aliexpress/wish. I know there were bootlegs of the first Skylanders (Spyro's Adventure). I wonder if Skylanders knockoffs still exist? (or never existed) thanks in advance smilie

I know some models didn't even need that - chipless versions of Swap Force toys were sold dime a dozen, and all legit.

P sure that during mass production of SF figures, a LOT were suspiciously put on Aliexpress soon after without chips, unpainted or in general states of production. Lightcore Smolderdash, Fryno, Rip Tide,Pop Thorn, Blizzard Chill, you could get all of those and more by the dozen in there.

Assuming they weren't being sold full price, that SF leak sounds like a dream for customizers and collectors who don't/can't play the games.
