Do all Americans have lawyers? In American movies and online they always have lawyers they can speed dial in emergencies, is this accurate?.

No. Lawyers are expensive but saying that you're gonna sue as a threat is common here.

Only wealthier Americans. But Americans on TV are typically portrayed as being on the wealthier end of the sprectrum even when they're supposed to be on the lower end. Like how they always have nice spacious houses, frequent vacations where they travel to amusement parks or other countries, tons of toys and/or video games for their kids, and the ability to easily afford whatever healthcare they need.
