i believe that popeye can defeat first form friza in a fight to the death. popeye has many incredible feats of strength such as punching a bull into a meat market. This one feat online shows that Popeye may be stronger than what meets the eye. I believe that Popeye might have access to dimension-breaking abilities that Frieza cannot stand up against as he is only a planet busting character. Another feat Popeye has that can demonstrate his reality warping capabilities would be his feat of punching an Indian war chief into Ghandi. Being able to bend the turn people into other beings is an overpowered ability that could easily prevent Frieza from hitting his Golden form. In this scenario all Popeye would need to do is perform a punch and convert Frieza into Yamcha.

Reality warping abilities aren't even his greatest strength. When in a pinch Popeye can consume spinach to enhance his physical abilities to being past the limits of a peak human being. Even if he doesn't have spinach on hand, Popeye has a spiritual connection to the goddess of Spinach. This means that Popeye will always be able to enhance his fighting power no matter the situation.

Popeye also has peak superhuman durability. He has once survived being thrown onto the moon with very little damage. It took the Saturn V 2.90652E11 joules. This took 109 hours and 42 minutes to reach the moon. Popeye took mere seconds. Frieza was unable to survive the slashes of Trunk's sword. So it is very unlikely that Frieza would be able to damage Popeye enough.

Popeye can also do the same feat when he once punched aliens to the moon. Frieza took 5 minutes to blow up a planet.

Popeye has other feats too such as being able to lift the planet or surviving alien death beams that I cannot find online sources for.

And this is why I believe Popeye can easily defeat first form Frieza.

I think Jesus can.

oh i just meant from what fans iknow have told me ever since the God movie he has lost a lot of fights and normal requires some sort of work around d to defeat the villains instead of straight up to win a fight with them

The OP is underselling Popeye by putting him against only first form Frieza.

First form Cell would beat first form Frieza due to the series' inherent power creep.
