For me?, it's Marine, Tundra and Boreal Forest smilie.
Grassland is also extremely top tier.
These are also the best biomes in Minecraft.

Mine are tropical rainforest, marine, and freshwater

All three seem like pretty nice places to relax, especially freshwater.

I have a vacation home in a Mushroom Island biome. Very nice atmosphere! Baron will leave the door open at night and let beasts into the mansion. He loses his /tp privileges every time he does!
