i find that if i wake up an hour early and then fall back to sleep, i usually get dreams. otherwise, i cant remember them. i think its bc im half awake and half asleep

how about you guys?

I dream pretty much every night, I very rarely have a dreamless night. And if I wake up in the middle of the night and then fall back asleep I'll have another dream, so some nights I have a bunch of dreams because I keep waking up.

I'd say I remember at least a little bit from around 50% of my dreams.

all the time unless i'm having particularly poor sleep, really

whenever i can sleep which is rarely i have vivid absolutely crazy and a lot of the time lucid dreams

if i wake up in the middle of the night and immediately go back to sleep i usually instantly get sleep paralysis lol. but i dream pretty much every night and theyre the kind of dreams that my brain 100% believes so i wake up like confused

i used to have a lot more dreams that were vivid no matter what. but not for a while unless under the conditions i mentioned earlier

usually my dreams are influenced by whatever media property im thinking about or watching, so i think part of why i havent been dreaming much is that while im still watching shows or playing games, i dont spend a lot of time thinking about them outside of when im watching/playing anymore
