Hey gamers, we don't have this holiday here so my knowledge is limited to eating turkey.
How do you celebrate thanksgiving? Do you have any political arguments? Any family recipes? Movies?

i eat food and then sleep. i'm not from a primarily white American English family but I hear its just people talking about politics and arguing over football

Same, food then nap. My parents usually try to do a family activity afterwards, like a board game!
As for family recipes, yeah my mom has a bunch. Her parents were Pennsylvania Dutch so we have some stuff that's a little unique, but we had more typical food this year since we didn't wind up visiting!

I baked a pie and caught a cold the next day (the two events were unrelated)
