Yeah, for sure, even if it's the basics at a younger age. Absolutely agree with skylandersfan60 in that consent should be first and foremost - we meme about Sonic Sez with the "if someone touches you etc etc that's no good" but that's legit a way to teach children to voice potential abuse even if they don't understand it.

I learned about sex from some kid at school who drew a bunch of sperm and stuff on the lunch table while he explained it to me.

yes i could go on about this forever but absolutely yes but from a reliable source you need it to both protect your children and prevent them from being the ones other people need to be protected from by learning bad things from bad places before you can teach them
