Hey gamers, I'm looking to pick up a romance language. Which one do you think sounds better or has better cultural value?

italian is easier but people are more impressed if you speak french

gonna have to vote french. definitely prefer it myself, but it will also benefit you more in a practical sense, if you're in the states at least.

French............... i am half french i will of course pick French but here are some good reasons you might want to learn. French is basically the de facto so-called "romance language" number 1 to most people so if thats what you are after check on that. BUT French will definitely come more in handy for job opportunities as there are more commonly French speaking countries out there or companies connected to French speaking such as well........... France or Canada. i wont compare cultural value really obviously someone Italian would argue with me that their culture is better then mine and maybe you too have more interest in one or the other but from my perspective French can have a more practical use while being more common and pique more peoples interest.

French is a lot easier to me personally (different for everyone ofc), but both are pretty neat!
