what do you do when your topic doesn't get posts?

like, you've put a lot of effort into a new topic here on ds or come up with something totally unique and creative, and for some reason, it just doesn't get any attention. what do you do? accept it? cry? go back to the drawing board? start plotting your revenge?

i have only really ever had 2 true outcomes i make a topic that gets tons of posts or none at all bonus points is i used to be the reaper of topics if you look back on old school linds posts youll see i post and then they suddenly die my reaction as you know has always been SCIENCE because i almost always get tons of responses on another site opposed to hear so i like to try to figure out the difference between what happens on darkspyro versus say on 4/2/5chan or my own chat room
