Before i start this story, i think i should let all readers know this. This story IS a sequel to "The Adventures of Spyro and Cynder, After Dawn Of The Dragon" So i suggest you read that one first. It's only a page long, so don't worry. If you don't want to read the other one first, that's okay, but prepare to be confused! And i also want to say, that the story takes place 2 years after the other story, so Spyro, Cynder, and the rest of the characters are young adults and a little bit bigger than they were in DOTD or the last story.

2 years had passed since Zarlo was defeated before he could take over the world. Winter was on it's way as the days grew more colder and windier. The leaves changed colour before they fell off their tree and danced in the wind. Spyro sat on a stone boulder looking over a lake and stared into space. Rumors were spreading that Zarlo had come back to life and was traveling to this "Malefor's Ancinet tomb" to take over the world. Spyro hoped with all his heart that they weren't true. A huge pile of leaves was sunndenly dumped on Spyro.
"Hey!" Spyro said and shook the leaves off of him. Spyro looked around and saw a balck dragon hiding in a leaf pile.
"I see you there!" Spyro sneered and pounced on the leaf pile.
"Hey! Get off me!" Cynder screeched and struggled to get free.
"Only if you give me your year supply of fresh kill." Spyro growled playfully.
"In your dreams!" Cynder said.
"Fine. You asked for it." Spyro grabbed Cynder and flew to the lake. He hovered over the lake and grabbed Cynder's front paws.
"Give me your year supply of fresh kill or your going for a swim." Spyro said.
"No! No!" Cynder cried and wriggled free of Spyro's grip.
"Get back here!" Spyro exclaimed and chased after Cynder.
Back at the camp everything was in chaos.
"What's going on?" Cynder asked.
"The forest is being flooded!" Lemon cried.
