Oh he looks like a cousin of my lil sand dragon that I got at a event here called art in the park. I don't have a card of the artist in question, but do note that people make these and sell em. I'm gonna have to do some research because I too come home with too many sand filled friends.

Edit: You might have to do a lot of research/looking up under sand animals. Because that's what it would be if any of the long chinese dragon ones are for sale.
