I like the scene in 2020 sereies Kanojo, Okarishimasu, episode 5 where the main character Kazuya is in his room looking back fondly on his recent trip to the beach. however, a picture of his ex-girlfriend in an American-colored bikini at the beach pops up in his Twitter feed and he instantly gets a boner and decides that he has to jack off to the love of his life. he whips out the tissues and starts going ham on his meat stick imagining the セックス he would be having with his ex-girlfriend. Kazuya blurts out the iconic line "this is gonna be a big one" representing the release of the frustration and anger he has towards the world for being single. however, as he is tossing himself he starts to get memories of a recent girl he met up on a dating app that allowed him to rent women to act like his fictional perfect girlfriend. at first, Kazuya rejects the idea of this individual interrupting his practise onanism and panders back to thinking about his ex-girlfriend in a sexual way. however, memories of his rental girlfriend keep occurring in a nonsexual way. he doesn't see this woman as a sex object, unlike his ex-girlfriend. finally, once he bursts his post nut clarity arrives as he realizes that the feelings he had developed for his rental girlfriend had passed the point of no return and that she was the girl of his dreams.

Unforutnaly the anime series you are referencing is actually Domesutikku na Kanojo and not Kanojo, Okarishimasu.
