Anyone else hate fedex?

So theres this really good website i get my anime figures but the downside is that they ship with fedex instead of ups or usps. I ordered a figure recently and its been in the same spot for 6 days and the tracking says its supposed to be here today lmao. My packages are always super late and banged up. I want to keep using this site but fedex is putting me off so bad i might take the risk and start ordering on ebay lol.

dude fedex lost my kimi ni no wa blu ray special pack thingy when it was first released which is ironic because theres a fedex truck on the front cover of the movie a random neighbor or someone idk i never saw them before eventually returned it to me a few days later
