password reset not working

Grizzle here, for some reason ive forgotten my password, i cant reset my password because it has been saying for weeks that "Error: Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the password reset tool at this time, please try again later." and i really just want my OG Grizzle account back, idk if any mods can help with this or if this is a Dark issue, but ye, i just wanna be able to view roleplay stuff and post pls help
