I’m currently taking a week off work due to burnout. I loathe the people I work with and I know nothing will change in regards to the poor and sometimes downright mean interpersonal relationships in the team.

I don’t even know how to rest and somehow I feel increasingly stressed about it.

Honestly, you don’t have to help, it just felt good to vent.

sometimes a good vent is just helpful to relieve some of that stress i sure can t give you stock lines like "it ll get better" or "don t worry about it" because look yeah it sucks bad work environments but i will say this i know you said before you work in the medical field you were specifically doing the good work with covid and i have to say thank you i know you have to deal with probably *****y patients or toxic co workers because your field is FULL of them but from hopefully one of the okay-ish patients to one of the medical field real ones i want to extend a thank you because you guys do a lot for us whether we see it or not and there are a few of us out there who acknowledge just HOW difficult your field is both physically emotionally and downright personally it can be a rel ***** to deal with so from one of those people who spend more time in medical facilities than on her on sofa thank you Spyro Fanatic
