i was thinking about playing ssa again, but idk, i'm a little bored of it right now. besides ssa, what would you recommend?

ssa on 3ds lowkey is one of my favorite 3ds games.

hmmm sounds worth looking in to. it was completely different from the mainline console version, right?

I'm with sp, ssa on 3ds is actually a great game. and yeah, it's super different, you only get 2 skylanders at a time, some with different movesets and the levels are liner paths. not to mention it also has jumping! it's more fast paced in general.

I've only ever played the first 4 games and only once each but I remember having the most fun with Trap Team.

Giants if you want very little trouble with enough toys, Trap Team if you just want the best experience gameplay-wise that doesn't require cars

With a 3DS, I absolutely recommend Swap Force and Trap Team 3DS, full library to your command.

ah, okay! i don't actually own any skylanders games on 3ds sadly, but they sound pretty fun for the most part!

hmm maybe trap team then...

I would personally say Swap Force but that’s just the one that crashes least on the Wii. (Trap Team was fun as far as I could tell, but good heavens was it not made for older consoles.)

I recommend Superchargers IF you for some reason have the terrafin car. It breaks 90% of the game so you only need to do the fun parts of the car, rather than actually bother dodging attacks.

sadly i don't but maybe i could find one online for cheap...

i'd love to play the wii u version of superchargers if only bc i have bowser and dk, but i don't have a wii u and i'm pretty sure my computer isn't strong enough to handle running those games. although, i haven't done much research about it.

I still maintain that SSA and Giants are the only truly great Skylanders games. Some others are ok, but those are the best to me.

big disagree on tt3ds, its probably the worst main game in the series, mostly because the villain in the bottom screen always seems to pop up whenever you try to change skylanders

then again its been years since i played it and i still need to finish the reviews

I think SSA was the most pure expression of TfB's creativity. While Imaginators was their most refined implementation of the formula. And Swap Force was a great shake up of the formula (without shaking it TOO far like Superchargers) and the most pure expression of VV's creativity.

It's hard for me to choose between those three.
