As the title says, what’s one or a few of your favorite memories related to Halloween?

One of mine was in 9th grade when I wore a top hat for my Steampunk costume and I would do a bow and take my hat off for them to put the candy in my hat, then i’d put the hat back on and be on my way.
It’s dumb but to me at the time I thought I was the slickest thing 8)

i ate candy with braces and they didn't break

i got the bird flu and had to stay home. i was really achy and couldn't get into a comfortable sitting position, but was trying really hard to watch cartoons. i was a little kid and someone pity-bought me fancy candy. i ate a whole bunch of it and ended up getting candy-sick
