Spyro mascot identified, looking for video footage

I have, after a lot of digging, discovered where the mystery mascot debuted. At Middle East Games Con 2018 in Abu Dhabi. The images are still limited as this is the third I have been able to find. But now knowing where it was, I am searching now for video footage of the mascot. If anyone finds some post it here, please.

i'd suggest looking beyond google images if you haven't already. pinterest, instagram, twitter, and even deviantart might have anything helpful.
