ive been looking for one online as its the last thing i need for 100% is it really that rare or are people just overcharging?

It's somewhat rare. Last thing to ever be released for the series, after the shipping strike, and Acti had zero incentive to even care about keeping it well stocked.

Technically, it's not that rare, there's relatively plenty of stock on ebay and even amazon... if you're willing to pay for it, of course.

Around 250$ preowned, 400$ new and sealed. And it has been this way practically since the beginning. I was totally dumb at the time, there was a 2x1 offer at a local store in my town and they were selling the pack for 30$, I should have bought 2...
