Unique Spyro Reignited mascot costume/cosplay from unknown event

These are two photos of a Spyro costume I bet many have never seen before. Probably because these are the only two photos I could find, and I came across them by accident. I would really like to see more images and possibly video of this costume, it was done for Reignited so its recent and should be out there somewhere. If anyone can find out where this mascot debuted or who the cosplayer is please leave your findings in this forum.

They were from Instagram posts that came up in Google Images. I was unable to view the actual posts or who had posted them, but the language used was foreign. I want to say this is an official mascot made by Activision because of how well-made it is, but if that were the case there would be much more available media of it.
