Same, me from a year ago. Only the problem is more of "I don't live in the same town as my favorite hairdresser anymore and am too lazy to book an appointment and drive up" and less of COVID preventing me from doing things.

the side effects of the second dose hit me like a truck (just symptoms similar to the flu), but it was 10000% worth it

my hair is longer and my face is covered in acne scars from having to wear a mask all the time but still quarantine

two years

forgot to update that they lifted quarantine in my area despite the infection/death numbers not being low enough for it to be safe. i look much more mentally ill than before but at least my covid mask hides most of my sickly expression. i'm still taking the same precautions as before in order to protect my friends and family who are immunocompromised

updates people updates

i have lost significant weight i weigh about 100 pounds and for context i am 5’7 so yeah its a pretty noticeable drop although ive always been underweight

oh and my hair has gone from middle of the back to chin length to shoulders length at this point this has been a long quarantine

feeling emo its really hitting for me rn how much covid has worsened my anxiety and mental health. ive been working really hard to fix this but ah. thinking about the world precovid hurts

^infeel you i was already in a position being immunocompromised where the world doll for me was already like a pandemic but now em the thought of it is like a complete nightmare to me it is so bad now
