Dog Tags Special Editions?

I've been getting into collecting Skylander merchandise recently and picked up a lot of Topps Dog Tags from someone. There is a 2014 Barkley numbered "W1" on the back. This isn't in the standard list of 2014 Dog Tags. I haven't been able to find anything on the internet about it yet. Anyone know about a "W" series?
