honestly still get squirmy around certain images of sea stars. sea baskets? nightmare fuel. i looked them up just to test it and yeah, my spine had a visceral reaction. that gif of one thrashing around on a boat? agghhh. like i don’t hate them or anything i’m just...why do they have to look like that?

As for Yo Gabba Gabba, Drawdler, Muno was the only one that creeped me out. Why? He reminded me of a starfish. Those darn starfish. Now I think he’s kinda cute.

It took me literal years to watch it. I still think it would make me at least anxious honestly >m> --- I just realised that I might not know what the hell is going on

That happened to me once as well. Also, I used to like swapping the disc out for a different one then carrying on playing. I once played through Crop Circle Country and Zoe got all giant and started flickering about. It was well freaky.

Screensaver fish. Not just any screensaver fish—dead screensaver fish. I guess I hadn’t interacted with them enough and there was just this gross mushy husk sinking to the floor. I think I uninstalled it afterwards, probably while putting a hand to the screen to block that corpse. This affected me whenever we’d go to Wal-Mart and pass by real fish tanks, cause you already know they neglected those animals. Also snails and suckerfish gave me the shivers.

I used to be scared of that one dumb trailer intro in disney movies. You know, “COMING SOON TO OWN ON VIDEO AND DVD”? I ran out of the room to hide every time that played on a movie. Every. Time.

I was also so terrified of the face mascot from Nick Jr. that it resulted in a fear of being alone in a room with a turned off TV cuz I was scared he’d just randomly appear on the screen. When I was a kid I’d have to keep the TV in my room covered with a towel till I was like 10. I wish this was a joke.

When I started playing Crash 2 myself a few years later, I had butterflies in my stomach just before the Ripper Roo fight. But when I actually fought him, I didn't find him as scary.
