We're not talking like "Kirins" we're talking so obscure nearly no one knows **** about them, or never really get depictions

I'll start.

Dobhar-Chu, it is a monstrous Otter of Irish mythos. It is nicknamed "Irish Crocodile", "King Otter" and "Water Dog". Often killed people and being tough to kill, especially if it has a mate. For the dying whistle will summon a mate to avenge the fallen.

Otter Kings, creatures that are pretty similar to otters in Scottish mythos. When captured they will grant a wish in exchange for their freedom. Though their pelts were thought to make warriors invincible and protected said warrior from drowning. They only have a weak spot a lil ways under the chin. Otherwise they can't really be killed. (there used to be a part where they surrounded by 7 black otters to indicate that they were kings and those were their followers, but idk what happened to that).

In pre-Islamic Arabian mythology, it's a bird of prey that spawns from the blood of a murder victim. It haunts and tortures the murderer to death, then drinks the murderer's blood before returning to the spirit world.

The Bulgasari is a Korean mythical creature that eats metal to grow an impenetrable plate and sharp spikes for fur, only vulnerable if you burn it from the inside. It's the inspiration for Lairon!

Valravn are metal as **** danish mythology that are either ravens that can become human if they eat people, or wolf-raven hybrids that like to eat people. Bad news either way.
