Long ago in a very far dying star something was begging to emerge. First came emence wings made of light, then a tail with light feathers, then in a sudden massive explosion the star went supernova. when the light died down a massive dragon with wings made of light uncurled itself. It suddenly opened its eyes and gave a mighty roar and spread its wings across the Galaxy gathering cosmic energy. The energy all flowed in front of its maw and with a bright flash of the solar system was formed. The sun, the planets, and life. Through thousands of years Orion created and formed all life on earth and with his power he gave knowledge, emotion, and strength to his life forms. He soon was beginning to tire and srunk down to about twice the size of a normal dragon. He went into a long sleep regaining his strength and power and fading into storys and legend. 2.5 billion years later dragons, elves, Orcs and any species You can think of spread across the earth. Soon there was a massive boom and smoke coming from the top of the mountains of Fire. You are one of these creatures sent by your government to investigate the explosion but unknown to you you are about to encounter something much more. The group you are with are now on a mission from the Galaxy Dragon himself to Stop a creature called Darkmatter from destroying the universe.

Name: Raclaw
Age: 18 (in human years)
Species: Fur dragon
Good or evil: Good

Appearance: Raclaw has feathered wings and furred body. A thick adjustable leather collar can be seen around his neck and although seemingly ordinary to the untrained eye-- actually detects as magical to those who are able to tell. To those familiar with the Ardent Guardians, the collar may also mark him as "trusted" and indicate that he is a friend to the Guardians. (Official reference drawn by shorty.)

Personally: Raclaw is a curious dragon and a tad timid. Still somewhat tame after his time with humans-- he chooses to be a little gentler, but can be serious when he needs to be. Part of him still seeks to discover his past; having received some answers but not enough.

Weapons: Raclaw's natural weapons include the use of his CLAWS and TEETH. In addition-- he may also use the collar's included "TEACH" function (similar to that of a shock collar), but only as a last resort as it pains him greatly. This last "weapon" only functions where outside magic is allowed.

Elements: Raclaw's elements include the use of FIRE and an advanced form of TELEPATHY.

History: Raclaw originally lived with a human family, first as a pet and later as a sort of protector. As a young pup—he was found alone and with no sign of his parents in sight. He soon found himself dropped off at a nearby farm where he was discovered to have an irremovable collar with a tag that simply read "RACLAW." As he developed and grew; he was never mistreated and often played alongside the family dog. It was the family’s hope that he may eventually develop his abilities and they grow concerned when he couldn’t even muster a puff of smoke. In addition, there was the still irremovable collar and so—they took his to a "specialist" in the nearby village.

It was there that Raclaw was recognized and Julian had told them how he had found Raclaw; and had been the very same “bystander” who dropped him off at their nearby farm. The family explained what they had observed as Julian "inspected" the collar-- its seamless appearance, the two irremovable gems to the left and right of the D-ring, and how it had adjusted itself overtime never growing too small or too tight as Raclaw grew. It was revealed that the two gems found on the collar were in fact responsible for blocking Raclaw’s elements and Julian agreed to study the matter further as they continued to give Raclaw a quality life. Before they left, Julian had been also been able to remove claw-shaped tag (which had made quite a bit of noise) and allowing Raclaw to eventually hunt on his own without fear of scaring away the prey.

As time passed and the "research" continued—Raclaw became more aware of his own restrictions and they soon visited Julian’s lab once again to find out what progress had been made on the collar. It was still that Julian explained how he had come across an ancient Drow manual in his travels and how an "intelligent presence within the collar" allowed it to accept commands and enable or disable certain functions. He explained how anyone with physical contact to the collar would "just know" the commands and be able to act upon them. In addition, this person could also bond with the collar and act up certain commands ether by touch, verbal component, or mental thought—effectually owning Raclaw. Julian agreed to study the commands further and would later meet the family at their farm.

After allowing some time to pass, the day eventually came and they were able to make quick work in "disabling" the collar. Upon triggering the voices inside and acting upon certain commands—the two colored gems just seemed to fall out leaving a seamless leather surface behind and a previously unseen buckle had appeared. Raclaw stopped the family from removing the collar, however, and telepathically spoke to them for the very first time. He had thanked them, but expressed how he had wanted to keep the collar—both a sign of his yet unknown past and also to remember the family by. Julian explained how there was away and how Raclaw could potentially influence his own collar. The family, although confused at first, reluctantly agreed to let Raclaw try.

Upon speaking a carefully worked string of Drow commands—there was nothing at first, followed by feelings of confusion, and then one singular voice. “Your commands are accepted, collared one. As long as I am with you and remain unclaimed by another—only you may command my actions for as long as you are able. Any command asked of me will be followed including any that may negatively impact yourself. And if you wish to truly belong to another… you may do so. But be warned that doing do forfeits some of your own control until the day they release you.,” the collar spoke seeming to reluctantly accept that the rules had changed. A new command also came to mind... one that he dare not speak unless he truly meant it.

From that day one-- Raclaw was truly free for the first time and able to access his abilities for the first time in years. Now able to fend for himself and wanting more out of life, he would soon leave the farm and the humans to whom he had come to know and love. They weren't just owners or former owners to him-- they were something more. They were family and people that he deeply cared for. At first... he kept close by but soon went further and further out on his own. His visits became less often and his family wished him well on whatever future journeys may lie ahead for him. Eventually-- the humans became worried about the massive smoke coming from a nearby mountain and he volunteered to check it out on their behalf.

It was doing this journey where he had met Latnok and Sere—two "Guardians" who were part of a human organization responsible for his collaring and partly responsible for losing him. It was revealed that his collar was a modified Restraining Collar designed to help control the abilities of young dragon hatchlings who were given up by their parents—and placed with humans in hopes of bettering human/dragon relations. It was also revealed how these young dragons were meant to be guided by a Guardian, that Raclaw’s Guardian had somehow perished, and that Julian was in fact a Guardian. It was inferred that Julian, an Adjudicator in the ranks and head of magical research, had in fact placed the intelligent presence in his collar—presumably to make some sort of magical artifact.

AND RACLAW WOULD SOON FIND OUT MORE...

OOC: Alright then. Here we go again. Thank goodness I didn't delete this info smilie

Name: Angora
Age: 21 (in human years)
Species: Troll
Good or Evil: Good (mostly)
Appearance: http://i1352.photobucket.com/a...yv.jpg~original Stands only 2'3 feet tall due to a genetic anomaly, while most of her species are from five to seven feet tall. Unlike many of them, she has hair on her head and wears drags to cover her appearance. Her drags look like a cape whenever she activates her armor. Many times she gets confused as an elf or goblin due to her size and unusual looks.
Personality: A moody and cranky troll, yet lacks the intense bloodlust most of her kind has. Occasionally selfish, rude and sometimes even hostile, but deep inside, she wants someone to accept her. She dislikes violence and only uses it to hunt or when her life depends on it. Children and certain animals tend to like her, but she always pushes them away. Currently has a very emotional and unstable mind due to enduring constant insults and bullying from Latnok.
Weapon: Armor, Sword, Shield and a Wyvern Fang
Element: Lightning from the Sword
History: A former thief tasked to destroy the Darkmatter threatening to end the world. Has the spirit Neo permanently inside her, helping her with her weapons and magic and giving her advice on occasion. Has a history at sea, but remembers little to nothing about it.

Name: Maverick "Malo" Blakes
Age: 29
Species: Human with fawn ancestry
Good or Evil: Can't get any more good
Appearance: A slender, handsome, muscular young man with reddish brown hair, slightly tan skin and dark brown eyes. Due to his fawn heritage, his arms and legs have more hair than a normal human being. He doesn't have goat like legs like some of his ancestors, instead, they are perfectly human shaped. Wears a black shirt with torn sleeves and a small skull in it's chest, dark brown pants, leather boots and a small, gold medallion he keeps hidden under his shirt, which protects him from magic meant to hurt him (though he doesn't know). He also possesses a hyperspace bag where he can store almost anything no matter the size. He also speaks with a Spanish accent and sometimes uses Spanish words as well.
Personality: Maverick is an optimistic, childish man that is easily impressed, and no matter how ugly things get, he always tries his best to look at the positive side. Even though he is aware how dangerous the world can be, he still moves forward, thinking of a better tomorrow. He also likes to see the good in everyone, whether human or otherwise. He loves animals, being half vegetarian, fish being the only meat he consumes, though he tends to be very afraid of large predators. He also attract women, with him loving the attention. Hates his nickname "Malo" which means bad in Spanish.
Weapons: A single metal shield to defend himself from thieves and muggers. He doesn't want to hurt anybody.
Element: n/a
History: He's a former pirate whose father, Captain Armon Blakes, terrorized the sea, stealing every treasure he could find and mercilessly killing anybody who opposed him. He raised the kid with an iron fist, determined to make him as dastard as him. Seven years ago, Maverick met Angora when his father requested a new buccaneer. She pretended to be a deformed goblin. The troll swapped the deck, washed clothes and prepared the meals. She would usually steal treasure and cause mutiny, and Maverick would always come to her defense. Despite getting into her wrong side and being mistreated, Maverick eventually managed to warm her up, forming a near sibling type of relationship, turning Angora into the moody yet civilized, confrontation hating troll she is today. A year later, she left the crew after getting tired of her job, and months later, the ship was sunk by a storm, leaving Maverick as the only, unexplained survivor. Despite reaching land and losing the life he knew, the man recovered and became a traveling merchant, where a reclusive wizard gifted him his special, hyperspace bag as a reward for turning over a new leaf. After finding out about the Guardians and their goal in his travels, it became his dream to become one.
Other: His fawn ancestry takes back more than five hundred years ago, in a time where human conquistadores took fawn territory and nearly draw them to extinction until a small group took pity on them and helped the fawn fight back, eventually winning the battle and creating a society of their own, having both pure and hybrid offsprings.

A Guy Emerald Sparx Gems: 3639
#4 Posted: 21:57:19 24/07/2018
Name: Latnok
Age: 32
Species: Human
Good or evil: Good
Appearance: A little over 6 feet tall, his skin has turned brownish-black, as a result of the Draconic Ascension ritual performed to grant him more power. This also left two burn scars around his eyes, like it did for others who have performed it. His body is covered in many scars as a result of his confidence in his combat abilities and willingness to cut it close. Generally, most of his features cannot be seen while he's under his green dragonhide armor, which covers him from head to toe and leaves him faceless.
Personality: Strong-willed and uncompromising, Latnok places high importance in working towards mission accomplishment. Though he tends to be quite pleasant to those he likes and respects, he lacks empathy for and can be severely harsh to those he doesn't like. He is highly pragmatic, often to a fault, and only shows mercy in combat when he wants to capture his enemy.
Weapons: Latnok's primary weapons are his bow, made of living wood from the Tree of Vitality, and his axe, made of phoenix steel. He is proficient in most other weapons usable by humans, however, and can fight effectively at close range without a weapon by using strikes amplified by force magic.
Elements: Though Latnok can use several basic elements for mundane tasks, he is not combat proficient with any of them. Instead, he relies on a form of magic utilized by the Ardent Guardians in combat known as force magic, which works by modifying and redirecting kinetic force. His arrows can be charged with various spells. Like most experienced Guardians, he can use combat prescience to predict offensive and defensive maneuvers by his foes.
History: Latnok ran away from home at a young age to spare his mother the burden of having to care for him. He moved to a city where he lived as a street urchin, mainly surviving by hunting and doing odd jobs. Hunting was Latnok's most significant skill, and a chance encounter led to him joining the Ardent Guardians. His unwillingness to kill led to the deaths of two fellow Guardians, a fact which drives his complete lack of mercy or sympathy to enemies. Left the Ardent Guardians briefly due to differences in preferred methodology, but rejoined after learning of a dire threat following his encounter with Shade.

Name: Sere
Age: 122
Species: Human
Good or evil: Good
Appearance: Sere stand at about 7 feet tall. Like Latnok, his skin has changed to be blackish-brown, and his eyes have two burn scars around them. He shows signs of his old age, but lacks any of the frailty typically associated with it. He has scars from his many battles, but not nearly as many as Latnok, on account of being a much more conservative fighter. He is generally seen in his armor composed of red dragonhide, which covers him from head to toe, and leaves him faceless.
Personality: Sere is a ma who, though he has strong ideals, recognizes that hard, unpleasant choices often have to be made to achieve them. Nevertheless, he does not stop striving for them, even when other Guardians disagree with him. He has unshakable faith in humanity, and looks to better his fellow men whenever he has the opportunity to. As Godfather of the Ardent Guardians, he is in charge of the general direction of the group - but always emphasizes the need to leave no one behind, and personally attends to the death of every Guardian.
Weapons: Though Sere's preferred choice of weaponry are generally polearms, he also wields Grimbane, a mystical sword which fell into possession of the Ardent Guardians some time not too long after their founding. Grimbane, requiring high proficiency in both light and dark magic, amplifies the user's capabilities with them, and draws power from the user's resolve to do whatever they have to do to reach the ideal. Like Latnok and every other Guardian, he is still deadly in close quarters even without a weapon.
Elements: Sere knows many spells of most basic elements - he uses light and dark magic in combat to deadly effect, with them complimenting each other and allowing him to strike at opponents from almost every angle. Like most trained Guardians, he can use combat prescience to predict offensive and defensive maneuvers by his foes.
History: Sere joined the Ardent Guardians over a century ago. After a horrific battle with the massive black dragon Shiavara, Sere realized how horrific it was to keep losing people to ill planning, and vowed to find a way to protect as many people as possible. His research into several forms of defensive magic have not only kept him alive, but have allowed him to outlive other Guardians who he would be in competition for in rank. Such tenacity eventually led him to his position today, where he has been able to enact many sweeping policies which have drastically extended the life expectancy of a Guardian.

Name: Veris
Age: 20
Species: Wyvern
Good or evil: Good (if only incidentally.)
Appearance: Veris is a large wyvern, covered in a mix of black and dark blue scales. His tail has calcification at the end which allows him to use it as a weapon.
Personality: Veris is highly obedient to most Guardians, especially Sere, as a result of his training. He is highly gluttonous, a vestige of his wild nature.
Weapons: Veris wields his claws, fangs, and tail as weapons, and is often supplemented by whatever his rider wields.
Elements: None
History: Veris is considered a shining example of wyvern breeding, having an ideal mix of strength, stamina, size, intelligence, and coloration. For this reason, he is the Godfather's personal mount.

Please have mercy on me, Galaxy Dragon.

Oh hey reboot.
Name: Darkheart
Age: Estimated to be over 2000 years old, although she looks much younger.
Species: Dragon
Good or evil: Formerly Evil. Heel-face turn happened in previous RP.
Appearance: A pitch-black dragoness with a strong resemblance to Cynder's adult form. She has white skull-shaped markings on her paws, chest, and forehead. At least, with her "Dark Illusion" active. Without it, she looks like a depressed teenager. Also, asking her to smile results in a rather unnerving attempt at one.
Personally: She is hurting inside, lonely, and scared, and has never given nor received love. She has serious trust issues. Trying to teach her what love is works about as well as... Well, it just doesn't. She cannot comprehend it, having never experienced it.
Weapons: Breath weapon, claws, teeth, the usual dragon weaponry.
Elements: Dark. Dark. Dark. Dark.
History: As a hatchling, her mother started grooming her before seeing the markings and reeling back. Her father attempted to drown her. She got away, somehow, returning years later and destroying her hometown in what has been termed "a colossal temper tantrum". Later, she joined a small group of nomadic Dark-aligned dragons... Only to be assaulted at an oasis by about a dozen males. She escaped, laid her eggs... And her offspring ended up being cursed. All in all, she's had a hard life.
After joining the group, she's opened up quite a bit.

Name: Star
Age: Physically 24, actually 54.
Species: Zorua
Good or evil: Good at heart, but attempts to be completely neutral.
Appearance: A normal-looking Zorua with a nasty scar across his right eye, which she always keeps closed unless he's trying to intimidate someone using the black void with a red pupil. His fur's a bit ruffled, but he's fairly healthy. Is physically male.
Personality: Incredibly snarky and sarcastic, nearly every word he says involves sarcasm. He's normally quiet, but seems to take a sort of pride in pointing out the flaws in someone else's logic. This COULD make him useful, if you're willing to listen. She's somewhat mischievous, but nowhere near as much as before what he calls the "incident". A lover of music, he's almost never seen without her trademark headphones, specially modified to fit his head's shape. While it seems like he'd be less attentive, this isn't true, he's quite perceptive, more than the average person who's trying to pay attention. He occasionally makes references to "timelines" or a "multiverse". Lastly, he's a thorough pessimist, which is in stark contrast to his younger self.
Weapons: Numerous high-tech gadgets, some he invented himself, and others he "borrowed". He also has claws and fangs for melee, as well as his natural Illusion.
Elements: Dark (Tech if that counts as an element)
History: He was an optimistic youth before, eager to play and just enjoy life. However, when he tried to travel back in time to prevent a calamity from destroying all those he cared about, something went wrong, and he got lost in the Multiverse. He lost his travelling companion, a Porygon-Z named Digi, and saw things that would give Shade nightmares. Finally, he gave up on his original goal, and after working out the bugs in his device, he began wandering the multiverse, always on the search for something to alleviate his boredom, even if it means just wisecracking at others. He wound up in this particular 'verse by pure accident.
Other: Moody Zorua boi.

Maybe have two more?

Name: Ballora
Age: 23
Species: Kirlia
Good or evil: Good
Appearance: Slightly heavier than the average Kirlia, but otherwise normal.
Personality: Sweet and gentle until you make her mad. At which point she'll slap you senseless. Extremely fond of performing, particularly dance.
Weapons: Physically, an armor-piercing slap. Not literally.
Elements: Psychic
History: Part of an exploration team with Glale, and while she hides it better than him, she is in love with him. They've gone on various adventures together.

Name: Glale
Age: 23
Species: Snorunt
Good or evil: Good
Appearance: He's blue where most are orange. Otherwise a normal Snorunt.
Personality: A complete wise guy, bound to get into snark-to-snark combat with Star. Utterly smitten with Ballora, and often the target of her punishing slaps for various minor offenses.
Weapons: Anything that can be formed from ice, teeth.
Elements: Ice
History: Part of an exploration team with Ballora, which is how they met. It was love on first sight for the two.

Galaxy dragon.

The creature struggled. It fought, with every bone and muscle in its body, to escape. To regain the freedom that had been taken from it.
But it would all be in complete futility.
The creature, known as a storm claw, was a predator - hunting down its sheltered victims during storms, when they could not escape. But it was not lightning, or strong winds, or flying debris, which took the storm claw down. These were all things it shook off regularly in its hunts. It was the work of a somewhat crudely stitched together party, pulled together from various places by various reasons, but all being united with one purpose - the destruction of a vile abomination known as Darkmatter.
Latnok looked at the creature in its struggles, with a strong sense of satisfaction, and an elated smile which would not be visible underneath the dragonhide helmet. Though the initial plan was ruined, the new one he came up with on the fly was much easier to pull off - their quarry came right to them, and after a brief fight, it was subdued and helpless in the web formed by connections between arrows he had shot into various places. "So, Raclaw, will it help us? Will you need to convince it? Or will I need to convince it?"
Latnok was no stranger to capturing and taming various creatures - or, if not taming, at least earning their submission. As an Executioner in the Ardent Guardians, training management was his secondary duty. One facet of the training program was the acquisition of dangerous monsters, to be fought by trainees in controlled environments for practice. And if there was anything the Ardent Guardians were good at, it was fighting and defeating monsters of all kinds.
The storm claw picked the wrong fight. And they were the winners. It was only because of the decision between himself and Godfather Sere that the creature was still alive. So they had the right to do whatever they pleased with it.

Sere, Godfather of the Guardians and the top rank, was also quite familiar with not only beast capture, but wyvern training and care. His own wyvern, Veris, was a testament to that. Though drool slid from its mouth down through black and dark blue scales, the wyvern stayed in place. Veris was a hopeless, shameless glutton - that was one aspect of him which could only be managed by his training, rather than removed. Despite that, Veris was completely submissive to the Guardians, especially Sere, as a result of his training. He knew that the reward for obedience would be more food than he could ever hope for in the wild; on the other hand, the punishment for disobedience would, while rarely injurious, at the very least be highly unpleasant.
The decision was almost always easy to make - recently, Veris had deceived Sere in his efforts to console Angora, a troll who wielded the weapon needed to destroy Darkmatter. Despite the heavy burden she bore, Latnok saw her as little more than a selfish child, a load to be dragged to its destination. The wyvern would always appreciate someone who fed him, especially when they went out of their way to bring him a giant meal.
Sere, unlike Latnok, could sympathize with the storm claw. He knew too well of the pain of loss. Often, achieving a kill meant that someone - or something - was losing a family member or a friend. In over a century of fighting, that much has never changed for him. He wanted a world where no one would have to fight and die in battle anymore. He knew it was impossible - but it wouldn't stop him from trying. Unfortunately, getting there would mean making hard decisions. People would very often have to be killed to bring peace; one friend would have to be sacrificed to make two. He could not afford to be too afraid to make those decisions - what seemed right in the short term would often have worse consequences in the long term. He was going to work for his ideal world - even if he had to carve a bloody path to do it.

OOC: Angora hunts for food for Veris because Latnok said he'd show her some respect if she did so, but Angora skipped watch the previous night so Latnok, though he somewhat appreciated the action, reprimanded her for it, and they had their usual argument. Storm starts. New member joins the group, a dream dragon known as Slumber (her OP should be posting here not too long from now, I think.) Ballista that Latnok and Sere were working on gets randomly thrown down the mountain. Group fights the storm claw and it's subdued in Latnok's arrow web (the technique he was planning to use on Shade earlier.) It's currently sitting there, with Latnok and Sere trying to figure out how to get use out of it. Raclaw is communicating with it since Latnok and Sere can only communicate with sapient beings with their telepathy.

After your last post (#2319)-- Raclaw had a corruption-induced nightmare and Sere explained the roots, despite being cut, had continued to grow and in a certain direction. Upon being asked... Redwater (trading hub), Falcon's Beak (related to Raclaw), a gryphon's lair, and an open field where a Dragolet (Shade's kind) was last spotted were noted as possible destinations. Shade perked up at this and Raclaw tried to start a casual conversion with Angora. Latnok interjected, threatened to cut off the mental links, and their conversion came to a quick in. Que new character-- Slumber the Dream Dragon! Slumber-Dragon's new character takes shelter in the cave and does some introductions, while Angora hides in a cavish. Veris notices and disobeys orders (said during the fight) to try and consul her... getting his head stuck briefly in the process. A Storm Claw attacks, gets captured by the group, and Raclaw is currently trying to communicate with it. Latnok/Sere wish to use it to track storms and make it to the next lands in one piece. smilie

OOC: Sorry we forgot the summary. At least that is taken care of smilie

In a small, damp corner of the cave, the dwarfish troll Angora, with a frown and some heavy stress, was sitting down and looking at everything from her spot. She wanted nothing to do with anyone, and was even tempted to release that poor creature and deprive the humans from having their sadistic experimentation, but desisted in case the beast betrayed them, but most of all, to avoid more insults and bullying from the racist Latnok, who has done nothing but belittling her ever since meeting her. He didn't even care that his life, and the rest of the world, depended entirely on her and the vital weapon she carries. Instead, he let his bigotry take over and single handedly shattered the tiny troll's delicate self esteem and pride.

Ignoring everybody, the troll focused solely on herself, wanting to have peace at least once in her life. There was a crevice in the cave that she could use to hide and have some time alone, but the greedy wyvern discovered it and had his head stuck in it in an attempt to pitifully console her. Sulking in her own misery, the little troll's stomach grumbled, making her realize just how extremely hungry she was. All she had was water and a sad little fruit that Latnok begrudgingly gave her. Despite hunting that morning, it has been to feed Veris, and he left nothing for her. Fortunately, she still had two pieces of boar meat, one that she didn't managed to finish thanks to Latnok's irritating arguing, so she started nibbling on it, with no intention of sharing or having this sacred meal time interrupted...

Star admired the beast's features from a distance. Being a Zorua, he preferred caution. Timeline after cruel timeline had dug into this self-preservation, and rendered him cold and almost passionless. This idealistic one scared him more than anything he'd seen before, however, for hope was scary. A scientific mind, eager to turn its keen intellect on the study of the monster the group just caught, quickly processed the creature's size, estimated the space they'd need to keep it comfortable. A vicious, almost psychotic smile spread across his face.
Darkheart looked at the creature with a strange combination of pity and curiosity. She had been through a lot, but this group helped keep her grounded in sanity, or at least a facsimile thereof.

Angora nibbled at the boar meat, wanting to enjoy it but at the same time wanting to finish fast just in case Veris noticed her and begged for food. She already fed him that giant sloth, a meal that could've lasted her for nearly two weeks, and that he devoured in a matter of seconds, leaving nothing behind. Even though Angora's sight was set on the storm claw, she momentarily looked at Veris to see how he was handling everything, only to discover the puddle of drool he was producing.
"Unbelievable! He's hungry again!" Angora whispered to herself with some annoyance, unable to believe that Veris was thinking of eating again. He was looking at the creature, and since he already ate one of those, she correctly deduced he wanted the new prey...

"It says it has a family-- and that they need him. Give me some time and I should be able to convince it.," Raclaw said with a slightly solumn nod. He looked at the Storm Claw with slight pity, knowing what they were about to take away from the poor thing.

"I'm sorry, but your old life is over or at least put on hold. You attacked us and my friends here won't be so quick to forget. Perhaps they might be willing to let you go once this is all over, but not 'till then. Do... do you have a name? Something you were called by?," he asking showing sympathy for the creature and taking a slightly more gentler approach. He would let the creature introduce himself before explaining their case and why they needed him.

OOC: You can immediately start posting if you were in the previous RP, darknessdawn.

"Well, make sure to let him know that he's only alive right now because he can help us out," Latnok said. "He chose a fight to the death, and he lost. I'll make sure to get him food and whatnot if he helps us out. If he doesn't, well, then I think I may have some more persuasive methods." He was, of course, referring to various unpleasant - if not outright torturous - methods used by the Guardians to elicit compliance from their subjects. The best, or rather, the most convenient part was that many of them weren't even injurious - they would still leave the creature perfectly functioning when they were done, but were no less unpleasant to experience.
"Raclaw... I really do not want to have to do something like this," Sere said. "But if that is what it takes to increase our survivability in this land, then it is not an opportunity we can afford to lose. We will give you a chance to convince him - but we will not just let him go free for nothing," Sere said, asserting the last phrase.

OOC: darknessdawn is referring to the new characters. We'll just wait for SC to accept them.

Angora was disgusted with what she was hearing. Not only were the humans thinking of torturing the creature in it's own home, but Star was thinking the same.
"I'm surrounded by a bunch of sadists." Angora said a low voice, but hoping someone heard her so they could know how much she disapproved this.

Star's ears twitched, and he looked at Angora. He rolled his eyes. "Not sadists. Pragmatists. We're not going to TORTURE the creature. I just figure that knowing how this thing works is going to be useful. After all, it should know how to predict the weather. If we had a Psychic Type or Castform or other Pokémon who could do that, we'd be all set. But we don't."
Darkheart resisted the urge to slap the dark fox. "Magic can predict the future too."
"It's less accurate."
Darkheart twitched a little. "You and your anti-magic bias!"

OOC: Oh, I just realized what you meant. Dunno if they're auto-accepted, but I'm pretty sure SC will accept them.

"So I see you're the studious type as well," Sere said to Star, seemingly pleased. "You know, I think Latnok may have mentioned it to you, but if you are interested in learning more about the creatures of these lands, we have a chamber in which many creatures of the land are preserved for study, with detailed descriptions and notes on their biology and capabilities." These were all integral parts of the Ardent Guardians' operations - the preserved creatures provided reference points, and understanding exactly how a creature worked allowed the Guardians to understand much better how to handle them.
"I wouldn't mind her too much," Latnok said dismissively to Star. "The creature is lucky to be alive. Knowing all we can helps us save more people. It's a really simple choice."

Angora could see how merciless and inconsiderate Latnok was. She didn't know much about Sere, but she imagined he was similar, given how he was the one who taught Latnok. The troll stayed on the sidelines, watching everything from the corner, but she was willing to interfere if they went too far with the creature. Even if it attacked the,, it was either for food or territory. They were at it's home after all. Angora wasn't a fan of killing, but she needed the meat, and she always made sure the animals she hunted had a fighting chance and a quick death.

After a while, she finished her meal, only leaving small traces of meat on the bone without the wyvern interfering. He was too busy with the creature. Watching Veris in such a state, she imagined it was torture for him to want to eat and not having permission, so in order to make him just a little bit happy, she went to him.
"Here. Chew on this and stop that senseless drooling." she said to the pseudo dragon, although she imagined he was simply going to swallow it and continue this crazy pattern. Still, she wanted to help him as best as she could.

"Hey, now," Latnok objected, "like I said, I don't care what species you are, a lazy brat is a lazy brat, and I will treat them as such until they improve." Preparing for the next potential move, he telekinetically pulled two of his arrows to himself - if he pulled the arrows any further, the bonds would tighten more uncomfortably for the creature. As he was doing this, he grabbed what was left of his brined fish. "Now, have you ever heard of something called carrot and stick?"

As predicted, Veris simply grabbed the bone with his tongue and gulped it down after a few loud, crunchy bites. He was somewhat satisfied, apparently, before withdrawing from Angora in order to stay in compliance with Sere.

Angora simply shrank her shoulders and returned to her corner, very indifferent. If Veris wanted to be a non willed beast who served as somebody else's puppet, then so be it. The troll's ears perked up when she heard Latnok talking to Star, knowing they were talking about her. It was disgraceful how Latnok took every little chance he could get to talk trash about her.

Latnok grabbed a slice of brined fish, waving it up. "Now here is what - No, Veris, it's not for you! You'll just get bloated again! - okay, so here's what - Veris, you've had enough food for now! - Okay, I'm going to give this creature some food. Show it that we can hold our end of the bargain. If it still struggles, then I will show it why it's pointless." Latnok took the slice of fish, walking up to the creature's head. Brazenly, he offered the storm claw the fish by holding it out with its hand - showing it that he had no fear of it, and having full confidence in Sere, his armor, and his force magic to keep him safe. "Go ahead. First one's free. More if you work with us."

Darkheart spoke up to Sere. "Sere... It seems you are far more considerate and understanding than Latnok... Is there a reason for that?"
Star nodded. "Yeah, Latnok is far harsher with the troll than you. You're almost outright gentle, and..." He noticed Angora giving the wyvern the bone and smirked. Wyverns were gluttons. "You know, Angora. Just because you feed him doesn't mean he's going to stop wanting food. I've seen wyverns glut until they puke their guts out." He heard Latnok's comment about a lazy brat. "I sincerely hope you're not calling Angora a 'lazy brat', because she's been working her tail off to earn our approval. And, frankly, I think she'd make a great technician." He got out some parts and got to work redesigning his ChronoModifier using spare parts and a new blueprint. The ChronoModifier V4. It would be far more compact than the big blocky original.

Angora didn't care about Star's comment about Veris and the bone. She had returned to her corner to sulk again, but what Star said next was enough for the tiny troll to stand up and listen. Was Star really defending her too at last? Raclaw tried once and failed miserably, so she doubted this would do any good, but seeing that someone else was standing up to her was enough for the gloomy troll to feel moved. Was it because he was impressed by the way she acted with Digi? Slowly but surely, Angora was certain everybody was realizing how unfair Latnok's treatment of her was. Even though Sere was indeed more gentle to her, she still despised him too for allowing his protégée to go this far, but above all, for forbidding Veris to interact with her and deny her the chance of a further friendship.

Sere thought for a moment before speaking. "In order to understand that, you would need a better understanding of where we both came from. I actually came from a more wealthy house, and was forced into magical studies. Not something I was passionate about. During my studies, I would often daydream about heroes and legends who were out making the world a better place for us all, while I was stuck learning what I considered cheap parlor tricks. So when I joined the Guardians, I joined as a man who wanted to be a legend and make the world a better place. Now, have I succeeded? ...no point in being pointlessly humble. My name is known in quite a few places, and I am more powerful than I ever thought I would be. But what that means to me is that I have the power and the opportunity to change things for the better.
"From what I know of Latnok, his upbringing was not nearly as good. He was an illegitimate child, abandoned by one parent and hated by the other, who left home to stop being a burden to them. He began living on the streets, as a child, and, besides some odd jobs, hunting was the only real way he knew how to live. He already saw many of the harsh reality of the world before he was even a man. Despite my age, I would probably be lying if I say that I have had to survive under such conditions for as long as Latnok has - and they make up a far greater proportion of his life.
"Now, how does that come into play? Latnok is more grounded in reality - between his upbringing and a terrible experience he had in the Guardians as a result of his indecision, he has become a man who is reluctant to act on any ideals if they will interfere with the reality. I, however, see more potential. Granted, he wants to improve the world as well - he will not risk the now for the later, however. From his experiences, trolls are creatures which have only offered opposition, and nothing else. Though I can't say I have had conflicting experiences, I believe that we can change that. He would not take a risk on that, except on my orders.
"From his experience, trainees who show signs such as willfulness and dereliction of duty are huge problems. People he would not trust his life with. He would never go out on the battlefield willingly with someone he would not trust. With those two things in mind, Angora falls squarely into that category, and thus he sees her essentially as an affront to everything he knows. I believe that, with work, something or another may change - however, I cannot deny that she has made quite a deal of disparaging us, and, due to Veris seemingly having taken a liking to her, I have been forced to keep him away from her, lest he becomes more conflicted. Angora, however, I am willing to work with - she rejects my offers, though, so I will leave it to her."

"How about I just rip its mouth off and stuff this fish down its... ugh, whatever, I guess it wouldn't hurt to try," Latnok said, reluctantly, tossing the fish to Raclaw. "Make sure he knows that I'm only giving him more if he works with us. He can stop struggling, for one. I'll feed him another piece then."
He then turned to Star. "Technician? You mean with that fancy gear of yours? In this world? Honestly, if she wanted to learn something, we should teach her some magic. It'd be much more applicable here. She already has a solid base with pulling out her weapon and whatnot. With a little work, perhaps... Bah, what am I saying? What I mean is, you're taking quite a long shot there. Honestly, I personally do not consider dereliction of duty the sign of a hard worker, but perhaps I'd be willing to forget about the whole thing if something were to happen..."

Who are you, an unadvanced HUMAN, to judge the value of a machine?! If I had a reason to believe magic was stronger than technology, I'd try to research it, find someone who can tap into it!" Star couldn't tap into mana or chakra, and as such had only illusions and machinery.

Angora extended her hands and scowled, sighing with every sentence Sere was done with. Every time she thought he would finish, he would say something else. Why was it that every time somebody asked about them, they would tell practically a whole essay of their lives? It really annoyed Angora. Still, she listened to her and Latnok's part the most and thought it was pathetic why he hated trolls... and her so much. But most of all, she had listened to what Sere said about Veris, and it was the stupidest reason she has ever heard. Ignoring Star's own predicament, she spoke for herself;

"That's it? That's the damn reason why I've received this much abuse? And why did you order Veris to stop interacting with me? Does the thought of him liking me scares you so much? You said so yourself oh mighty Guardian, he is aggressive to strangers, especially mountain dwellers. I happen to be both! Doesn't that say anything to you? Are you too afraid to see beyond what's your own nose? Did you let Latnok insult me all this time because you don't want to admit your own failures as his master? I don't carry my own weight, he says, but what about watching Shade? The previous night watch, which was almost full time? What about feeding that greedy beast of yours? Don't they count? But above all, doesn't it count that I have the fate of the ENTIRE WORLD IN MY HANDS RIGHT NOW? DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH STRESS THAT CAUSES ME? BUT NO, NOTHING IS EVER ENOUGH OF HIM! I COULD LITERALLY CARRY A MOUNTAIN RIGHT NOW AND HE WOULDN'T CARE, ALL BECAUSE I'M A TROLL!" Angora said, with such a thunderous voice that would even make a Minotaur jealous. Venting with Latnok has been useless, but maybe Sere would comprehend the amount of injustice she was suffering at the hands of his protégée.

Raclaw gave Latnok and Sere a gentle nod, as if to say that he could handle the Storm Claw. He took the fish-- glad that Latnok was willing to back off and the give him the space he needed. He looked at the fish and then at Storm before continuing.

"Storm-- what a very fitting name. It suits you well.," Raclaw first said complimenting Storm. "Listen, the humans could use some sign that you are trustworthy and they wish to offer you a peace offering. This... this is the first of many such offerings should you choose to work with us. We are group of dragons, humans, and fox-like creatures-- all with one single purpose. To save the world.," he said gently placing the fish within reach of Storm. "Every living thing on this world is in grave danger from a being called Darkmatter and in order to save it-- we need to make to the Mountain of Dreams and into the lands beyond. This... this is why we need your help. You can predict the storms and if you help us, we will help you as well. I will relay to the humans what you have told me thus far-- and that you may be willing to help us.," he added watching carefully and staying focused on the Storm Claw.

"His name is Storm-- and he says that he will help us if we free him. I have explained the promise of food as well as our cause; and we shall see how he reacts.," Raclaw said looking at the others. He hoped the parties' internal conflicts wouldn't seep into the Storm Claw's feelings.

OOC: Yes, they are, darknessdawn. Your future characters will be, bar anything blatantly wrong such as multiverse-destroying powers. Go ahead.

"Angora... we must first establish one thing. I am not Latnok's master," Sere said. "I am not even his direct superior. An Adjudicator would fit that role. Before today, the most interaction he has had wit me was when he performed the Ascension ritual. So if you are looking to find a reason for his behavior, I would be one of the last people to have influenced it.
"As for your other points. I hear your grievances. And I understand them. At the same time, Latnok is my warrior, and I see his problems. But I will offer you a compromise, if you are willing to listen. This will be something from me, not from Latnok - and my word has been built for decades upon decades. You keep your ends, and I will keep mine. You can count on that.
"You and Latnok both take the first watch of the night. As a test for both you and him, I will have him instruct you on something. You complete the watch, and put in an honest effort... and I will ensure that Latnok no longer disparages you, as long as you agree to do the same. Provided that is the case, I will feel comfortable letting Veris speak with you as well. Are you okay with these terms?" Sere offered a hand - he wasn't quite sure what the troll tradition was on deals, but it wouldn't hurt at the very least.

"So much for that whole thing about speciesism..." Latnok said sarcastically, his eye rolling invisible under his helmet. "Magic, though it can definitely be aided through use of focusing tools like wands, staves, or our gauntlets, can generally be used with nothing but one's own body by those who are skilled enough. What good does your technology do you when you lose your bag? Besides... how reliable is it in combat?" Latnok, though he didn't quite understand how Star's technology worked, was certain that it was way too fragile and unwieldy to be used for much in battle.

Veris began hopping over to Angora upon hearing her shouting, but stopped in place - he instead just drooped his head, saddened by his inability to do much for her at the moment.

Star growled at Latnok and whipped out a technological weapon, a laser blade of sorts. "Watch your tongue before I slice it out! I've had decades to perfect these weapons!"
Darkheart stepped between the two. "Star! Calm yourself!"
Voices could be heard outside. A feminine one complained "Why are we going TOWARDS all these negative emotions? Why are we here at all?!"
Another voice responded "I don't want to hear another complaint from you! Coming here was YOUR idea! Just find someone, ANYONE, to interact with!"
The pair walked in, a Kirlia and Snorunt. Star recognized them on sight. "Kirlia, the Emotion Pokémon. Snorunt, the Snow Hat Pokémon. Kirlia is able to sense emotions, and positive ones fill them with energy and an urge to twirl and hop. More than normal, that is. Snorunt live in icy places and it's said that if Snorunt come to your house prosperity soon follows."
The Kirlia responded "And you're a Zorua, the Tricky Fox Pokémon. What's going on here? And what's with all the bad emotions?"

Latnok, reacting to the blade, turned on his combat prescience but showed no outward indication of any sort of reaction. "You couldn't touch me if you tried. Please don't make me punch you or something, you don't look like the type to like that sort of thing," he said snidely. He was going to add more when Digi began announcing some others.
"So a Zorua, a... Kirlia... and a... Snorunt... walk into a cave... is this some sort of joke? And why the hell are you wearing a ballet costume in a place like this? ...I'm not even going to ask at this point.
"As for the whole creature thing, Raclaw... let the creature know that we'll start with baby steps. I will be willing to free its legs for now and let it stand up. As it helps us more, I will free its arms, and eventually, its wings. Any lack of compliance and we will be back to square one. Sound reasonable enough?"

Angora listened patiently to his request, and wasn't liking it very much. She really, REALLY despised the idea of having Latnok order her around... but she nevertheless was considering it. If it would mean this madness of insults and belittling will be over, it was worth it.
"So then... Even if you're not his master, you still allowed him to torment me all this time. You said nothing! That's just as bad! What's more, you even gave that beast even more limitations." Angora said, referring to Veris, but before Sere replied, she spoke again.

"I will accept your proposition, but I have conditions of my own! You saw for yourself that Latnok's word means nothing! I fed Veris like he asked me to and what I got in return was an even worse batch of insults than before! I will do what YOU say and see for myself if your words means something. I will do this silly night watch... BUT, all I ask in exchange is for you to ask Latnok to leave me alone! I had enough of his insults. He says I'm still a child and if that's the case, don't you think it's ugly that an adult is bullying a child?" Angora said sourly, giving and asides glare to Latnok. He seemed too busy arguing with Star, but she hoped he would at least heard part of that so that she could see how poorly she thought of him, but most of all, to make Sere realize just how much he has hurted her.

"And about your... wyvern. I will accept that proposition as well, but I want him to act on his own free will." Angora concluded, wanting Sere to retire that order. But if Veris wanted to interact with her, she wanted it to be because the wyvern wanted to, not because Sere ordered him so. She was quite a jerk to him before and she didn't want the animal to feel forced. She was so focused on the deal that she didn't even noticed their group just got bigger.

The Kirlia sent Latnok a warning glare. "What are you talking about? I'm not wearing anything! Pokémon generally don't!"
The Snorunt blew out a frozen sigh. Star had a similar reaction.

"I will relay the message.," Raclaw said with a nod purposely ignoring everything else that was going on and maintaining his focus on the Storm Claw. He couldn't afford for him or Storm to get distracted by anything, for he knew that they would break the creature if he failed.

"The humans appreciate your gesture and are willing to start with baby steps. For now, they are willing free your legs so that you may stand up. As you help more, they may be willing to free more parts-- the arms and eventually your wings. They are also cautious, however, and have stated that any... that any sign of you going against your word may undo some of this hard earned progress.," Raclaw then said to Storm carefully rewording the later part though he wasn't entirely sure if he made it sound any better. He didn't entirely like the idea of talking an creature into submission, but knew it was better than the alternative. Based off his own experience, he already knew some of the Guardians were capable-- and perfectly willing to do to ensure compliance.

Sere nodded. "I do not normally interfere in personal disagreements between my men... but Veris, being my mount, should not be in a position where he may not have full confidence in me, as that may put his life, my life, and the lives of all those who rely on me in danger. I fear your disparagement, while it may not on its own would likely have been enough, may have had potential to do so. I have only lived as long as I have by mitigating every risk I could - even minor ones are no exceptions.
"But I will have Latnok cease, effective immediately - under the condition that it is reciprocated. Furthermore, I expect that you will not try to spread dissension between him and others. He will abide by those same conditions. If that is it, then I am eager to see what the results of the first watch are. I doubt Latnok will be too happy - but he will obey. Do not worry about Veris - I have no intention of forcing any sort of interaction with you, only removing restrictions I have already imposed." Sere then waved his hand and made a beckoning motion to Veris. "Veris, to me."

"So, you're not wearing anything... of course you're not, how silly of me," Latnok said dryly. "So, if you don't mind me asking, what brings you, uh, 'Pokémon' here? There are creatures like this thing" - pointing at the storm claw to indicate what he was referring to - "who can carry dragons. They will eat you without a second thought. I would hope it's something important, otherwise you would be safer elsewhere." These things were pets at the very best - Latnok felt pity more than anything for their winding up in this location.

Ballora's eyes flashed. "Do not underestimate us, human. I've seen more powerful. I've fought Legendaries and won. Why should that creature frighten us away? And stop pitying us, we must be here for a reason."
Glale shivered as if cold. "Hey Ballora, is... Is there a REASON you didn't slap him? You would've slapped me senseless for that."
"He's unfamiliar with us. Oh, human, I'm terribly sorry! Where are my manners? I'm Ballora, and this is Glale. We're an exploration team, sent to this mostly-uncharted territory because I thought it would be a fun mission."
"Problem is, we're lost. If it was just a blizzard we'd be fine - I'm Ice type - but the weather here is almost random."
"Glale's Ice type, and I'm Psychic type. but with all my psychic and emotion-based powers, I can't get any info on this place beyond it being... Weird. Even by Pokémon standards it's weird. Kinda like Ultra Space, actually."
Star broke in. "You guys were in Ultra Space?"
"Yeah. Glale still has weird dreams about it, but I prefer him having weird dreams because it's fun to watch him toss and turn when I can't sleep."

Angora wasn't very fond of the agreement, and it annoyed her that Sere was using words that she didn't even understand. It offended her the most that Sere thought she has been badmouthing Latnok to turn the group against him, when in reality, all she was doing was pleading somebody to help, even if it meant going against the younger guardian.
"Fine. It is settled. Your word better be worth something. I had enough disappointments for one day. Now then, I should sleep right now then to be prepared." Angora said as she retreated into her corner once more. She believed herself to be crazy for letting herself be caught in another deal with a human, but even if Sere didn do anything to prevent Latnok from insulting her, he did treat her far better than him, so the deal was worth a shot if it meant Latnok would leave her alone. She didn't even cared about Veris, she just wanted Latnok to let her be and cease these verbal blows. She was so distracted with her own thoughts that she still didn't noticed the newcomers. She listened to Latnok speaking, but she didn't know or cared whom he was addressing to.

OOC: Last post tonight.
Ballora felt the emotions from Angora. Directing a gaze upon the troll, she tilted her head. "She seems so... Unhappy."
Star informed her "Most of us are generally unhappy, Ballora."
The Kirlia suddenly looked outright sad. "That's not good. But no wonder I sense so much negative emotion here. Hey, would you guys mind if we stick with you? We won't get in the way, and we'll do anything we can to help."
Glale bounced up and down a little. "Y-y-yeah! What Ballora said!"
Darkheart noted dryly "Somebody's a real yes man."
Star sneered. "Don't you mean 'yes-MON'?"
Glale grumbled. "Don't you have some pranks to pull elsewhere?"
Star sneered even more. "Oh, it's ON now! Come on, you think you can outfox me?"
"I think you need to CHILL OUT!"
Ballora and Darkheart groaned and said in unison. "Oh no..."
The two continued making puns at each other.
"Oh I'm just warming up!"
"Just hope you don't get cold feet!"

(insert a bazillion more puns and quips here)

"Pity you? Who said I pitied you?" Latnok asked, confused as to how the dress wearing creature knew. Mind reader? Did say something about being psychic, after all. "Just offering some advice, that's all. But anyway, the name's Latnok." Latnok didn't give the creatures the same honor of removing his helmet as he did with Slumber with his introduction. "Yes, the weather here really is random. Not even clouds seem a reasonable predictor. But this creature here - we defeated it, and it's currently being bound by my magic. It flies during storms, and seems to be able to predict them, as its strikes synch up perfectly with them. We're hoping to be able to have it aid us. We are-"
Latnok was interrupted by a telepathic message from Sere. "Effective immediately, you are to cease hostility towards Angora. Moreover, you and she will be doing the first watch tonight. You are going to teach her something useful. Figure it out."
"SERIOUSLY?!" Latnok cried out loud, wishing that Sere would just let him solve the problem his way, not even remembering to use telepathy. "Why should-"
"You have your orders. Remember who you're talking to."
Latnok shook his head. "We're currently in the process of convincing it... you can stick with us for now, I guess. Couldn't get in the way, at least. Please... work on the jokes."

OOC: Last post tonight too. I have a busy day tomorrow and I's already late for sleep.

Angora looked at the two new members with confusion and annoyance.
"No no no... and who the HECK are you?" Angora asked rather rudely, feeling too bitter. She then put her hand over her eyes and realized it. Their group have just become bigger... and more bizzare. Couldn't these creatures get any more weirder? Just from what oddball dimension THEY came from? It didn't matter anymore. The point was that the group got bigger, and the cave more cramped, even if they were both small. Angora then heard Latnok talking and wasn't surprised by his rude treatment. How far did his racism go? She was willing to bet he didn't even know what these creatures were.

"Never mind, I don't want to know. You with the... dress, you wanna help? You would do great by preventing HIM from waking me up. And don't interact much with him either. He's the personification of bigotry." Angora warned in a much more serene tone than before, not wanting to leave a bad impression of herself. She just met these two, and even though she found their bantering bothersome, they have done nothing to her. And what's more, the one with the dress seemed kind and genuinely willing to help, so she didn't want to take her anger out on any of them. Angora was ready to sleep, but it infuriated her so badly what she will have to do in a few hours. This was certainly going to be a very stressful night...

Sere sighed. "You cannot reasonably expect me to have Latnok keep his end of the deal if you cannot keep yours. Keep that in mind. I will forgive you for now." Latnok, meanwhile, rolled his eyes under his helmet. "Oh, she's just the most FUN, WHOLESOME, KIND and definitely never BITTER person you will ever see here. She is DEFINITELY not the kind to lie about that sort of thing, TRUST ME. After all, I just warned you of the dangers of this place and did not have a problem with you staying!"
Latnok was certainly wondering how much he would be able to toe the line - but he thought of an even better way. Some Vitality fruit. He was almost out, but he was confident that he could hunt for some food later. He tossed a Vitality fruit to each of the newcomers. "Please, make yourself at home."

"Guys-- Storm here has just told me that... well a storm is coming. And I believe him.," Raclaw said with urgently now noticing the glowing markings that covered the Storm Claw's body. He had also just now paid attention to the two newcomers-- one whom looked like some sort of satienant pointed coconut while the other did indeed look like it was wearing a dress. He figured they had to be related to what Star once called the creatures in his universe. 'Pokédex... Pokéball... Pokémon? Yeah-- that was the term.,' he thought to himself. Zoreas at least somewhat looked like an normal animal unlike these two new Pokémon.
