No way! A New Beginning was pretty good, but from what I've played The Eternal Night isn't very good. I've heard that DOTD is really tedious and dull, the worst of the series. I wouldn't recommend it.

Apparently it's a very short game. My friend said she completed it in like 4 hours something. So you might want to get something else that will last you a longer time.

who cares all of the spyro games are great...maybe except for the Heros Tail cuz the voice for spyro in that one killed it...anyways DS version of either-or is ok but more difficult and i havent even played console version

btw anyone know if Xbox360 has 2plyr-CoopMode on XboxLive?
like one person is Spyro and the other is Cynder...i hope to god it does.
...i hate sharing screens...full or split...Halo3 is prime example

I care, I posted this because I was thinking of buying it. I wouldn't buy it if it wasn't any good.

I've got the DS version. It's not bad, not quite as good as console version, still good though.

umm it's ok, you can get it if you want my little sis got it and she said she liked it though

I don't like DS so i don't know.

'well like i sed its okay but it might take away to figure out once u get to Warfang...i got stuck and can't find my way
the only thing really suckish about the DS game is there is no
1- spyro and cynder on the field at same time you press L to switch
2- no single card-download-play or 2-cartrige coop play
[basically speaking...no multiplayer AT ALL]

but the game is good and not much changes other than /\
the voices are same and copy'd from the console game so 'cutscene' are QUITE similar
if youd rather play 2P coop get it on xbox360 or PS2 if your REALLY desperate

You just "heard" about it and now you don't recommend it? Sounds like you are following people's advice blindly, and it is dangerous in a way you might follow them off a cliff.

Therefore, your "recommendations" does not count.

Since you and no one else is sure, wait until it's around twenty bucks so you don't waste money on something that might suck. I myself am interested in the DS version but don't wanna chance it.

If it's anything like A New Beginning on the DS, then no, avoid the piece of crap. However, if you can't get the game on the PS2/PS3/Wii/360, then by all means, get it.

I've seen videos and screenshots of it, it doesn't look too good.
L also hear that it's short and insanely hard.
