We always talk about our fictional husbands and wives - after all, they're the whole package! If they were real and in a loving relationship with you, you'd get all the cuddles and sexy times of your dreams.

But what is the difference between a fictional wife and a fictional girlfriend? Or a fictional husband and a fictional boyfriend? In my mind, I always considered fictional girlfriends/boyfriends as a character that you would date, but never go beyond kissing and cuddles. Pure sweet and romantic fluff. No sexy times...if there were, then they would be your waifu/husbando. So what are your fictional boyfriends/girlfriends?

You might be thinking of the post your waifus topic, which is why I wrote in the distinction between a waifu and a girlfriend. However if someone already made a topic like this, then I must of missed it ;A; I just feel like fictional boyfriends/girlfriends don't get a lot of recognition, because they are overshadowed by waifus and husbandos.

Clearly, my love for Tora and Veil are different from my love for Shyama and Ryuu. While they are equally important loves, they have a very clear difference of purposes, so I welcome the idea of a different term for them.
